Cleanliness of the Hotel and room. Poor airconditioning in the room, charging for TV remot controle, Fridge, Safe and so on when they classify themselves as 4* Hotel. |

staff & the newly renovated rooms on Bayside . Indoor seawater pool. Bedding, very poor mattrasses. Choice of food at dinner for kids, meant to be family hotel. Must pay additionnaly for everything: safe box, internet, full fridge, water, ... |

Relaxing by pools, excellent connection to islands, rooms are clean and well furnished, beautifull view from balcony, great buffet breakfast Paying for everything/safe, fridge...more things/, cleanless of equipment when having breakfast, poor choice menu a la Carte. |

location was excellent for myself n my 12 yr old daughter. plenty regular transport nearby, inc ferry to Goso..hotel was beautiful decor n staff were very helpful n chatty.food was fresh n plentiful.we did B B.manger Malcom was available n helpful. Samson was excellent with the kids . initially we were given a room on what seems to be the old wing.. this was tried n not great compared to newer rooms, but change of room was delt with effeciently n quickly. thanks to Malcom the manager.. |

The hotel is nice though it's far away from shops and night-clubs. For one hand, it's calm and quite here, but for another - the evenings are boring without no company. |

I have appreciated the low cost in this season. The hotel has good conforts and now it is cheap (but we are in low season), we also had good breakfast. The bed was not confortable. The room, in front of the main road, was noisy. I think that in summer there is a lot of traffic, and impossible to sleep. |

We enjoyed the views from our room, we booked a bay view room and it looked directly out over the sea. Also there was a good selection for breakfast. We weren't too keen on the food in the evening and were dissapointed that the pool tables weren't fully functioning. Small things really that were inconsequential to the holiday overall. |

Lots of food and good choices at the buffet dinner. Staff helpful. Good view from rooms with north facing balconies. B&B in a hotel for around 25GBP per room - unbelievable. Breakfast hot items often quite cool. |

las vistas al mar las instalaciones son decadentes. Están en proceso de reformas, con obras mientras el hotel está ocupado. Los desayunos son pobres |

Centralt belägen hotel. Hjälpsam hotel personal. Fler restauranger på hotellet men typisk engelsk mat standard. Det fattas en genuin fisk restaurang på eller i närheten av hotellet |

Poloha hotelu, relativny klud, osvezujuce bazeny, ranajky, perfektny vyhlad na more, moznost mat 4 vecere v lubovolnom dni. Matrace, krik cudzich deti pri bazene, pravdepodovne deti pracovnikov hotelu |

Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Repas bon rapport qualité/prix. Piscines et extérieurs agréables. Possibilité de restauration hors demi-pension, dans coffee-shop. Manque de variété dans les fruits proposés au dessert (seul fruit disponible : pastèque). |

Nära till stranden och bra pool. Hotellpersonalen var ytterst oprofessionell, gav ett dåligt intryck och bemötande, kunde inte ge ens de enklaste "turisttips" vg bussar, färjor till Comino eller dykskolan i närheten osv. Dessutom var mattan i hotellet äcklig och luktade illa. Städerskorna var jättetrevliga men de dammsög bara mattorna inne på rummen så de kändes äckliga och "ingrodda". |

Det var lugnt och tyst på hotellet under kvällstid. Rummet var dåligt städat, massa svarta lång hår i badrummet Ganska ofräsh heltäckningsmatta i hotellkorridorerna. Personalen loj och inte ett dugg service minded. Ex när jag betalada min hotellvistelse, satt damen och gäspade stort, höll inte ens en hand framför munnen, tackade inte när jag lämnade pengar och fick kvittot inte ens med en blick. Frukostbuffén sådär..... |

La disponibilità di tutto il personale, particolarmente alla reception, la piscina con acqua di mare l'ampiezza delle stanze. Parlano bene l'italiano almeno tutti i responsabili dei vari servizi. Camerieri di sala affabili. Su due camere prenotate ed occupate, una ospitava costantemente formiche e scarafaggi. Ci è stata sostituita alla seconda sera con una chiusa da mesi e con i letti rotti! Spero sia stato solo uno sgadevole episodio... |

Vista mozzafiato. Camere ampie con vista mare e tutti i comfort. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Vicinissimo all'imbarco per le isole di Gozo e Comino (laguna blu). Esperienza positiva. Consigliato. |

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione per chi vuole rilassarsi al mare. Le spiagge più belle sono tutte vicine e Laguna blu (Comino) è a 5 minuti di barca. Le stanze sono spaziose e provviste di ogni comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci ritorneremo.. |
