Sunset, the beach, the pool area, ample space are all positive features. The room was well equiped with an iron and board. You have to pay extra for use of fridge and airconditioner does not work, thankfully there is a ceiling fan. Asked three times to replace our kettle as it was not working. As it was not replaced, we were offered coffee but their breakfast & coffees are very poor quality!!!

the amenities are quite satisfactory. The spa is not availoable for free and guests should be told beforehand that to use jacuzzi they have to pay. Gym is closed all day and apparatus is not in good use and defective. Food and breakfast are vey good and hotel is very clean. However hotel needs to employ more staff especially chambermaids. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Excellent location to the beach and access to Gozo. Bright sunny clean rooms. Good sized balcony for having coffee in the morning. Restuarant meals were excellent. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view from my room, and at this time of year the peace and quiet. This is clearly a hotel more designed for the package tour holiday maker rather than the individual traveller such as myself. Everyone and everything seemd a bit tired at the end of presumeably a busy season and the room was definitely not a 'suite' as described. The breakfast was very disapointing, the bacon mostly fat, and the sausages quite disgusting. However the view from the room was stunning, especially at sunset.

Beautiful sea view Private beach Outdoor pools Discounted price on booking.com giving a value for money rate a La Carte dinner was very good Good breakfast Early check out at 11am Old furniture in rooms Does not cater specifically cater for coeliacs (one can have only a limited number of items at breakfast and at the a la carte dinner). I think the hotel should at least offer gluten free bread at bfast and gluten free pasta and bread at the a la carte and the buffet restaurants.

Although quite full, it was still quiet. The hotel is also very clean. The food was good and plentiful. Most rooms have a good view, though room 241 and adjoining have the slight drawback of having the roof of the dining room which somehat spoils a bit the view.

The scenery is nice and has good pool area although the pool had a lot of chlorine. Bfast was good and you can relax in the hotel since it is near the sea. Receptionists were not friendly . Receptionist told us that after 11 am we must get completely out of the hotel and we cannot use the hotel ameneties for the rest of the day . However as booking.com had a special offer with eur 39 for 1 night it was good value for money .

We really liked the relaxing environment in general and the management of the restaurant ( which was catering for aprox. 500 pax) was impecable. For some the presence of young hot blooded students could be a 'put off'. For us (we actually managed two hotels untill a year ago.) the facts were non-commital and well handled by the Hotel staff.

“I would like to thanks the receptionists ( Caio and Izabella) for the wonderfull time we had in the Hotel. Very friendly and always helpfull. The room is big enough, good bathroom, well equiped kitchen, close to the bus stop ( only 300 meters), close to restaurants and the ocean. I can not understand why there is people that complain about this Hotel, for the price the quality its outstanding, I went to 5 stars Hotel that didnt had 50% of the quality and cleaness of Damiani. Congratulation and keep the good work !! We will be back soon... ” Norma, Curitiba |

“Centrally located, adjacent to the Paceville area, yet not effected by noise or busy pediastrian streets. Had a studio apartment which had all the basic amenities that you would need. Very modern and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Supermarket located within 5 minutes walk, although small shop available in hotel (limited to basic items such as drinks and sandwiches and a few condiments) Molten Brown toiletries provided each day and the room made up. Staff very helpful. Lovely basement pool with Jacuzzi and sauna (these were not always hot in the mornings but usually perfect by afternoon/evening). These facilities appeared to be rarely used. Roof pool small but adequate for hotel.” Suzanne, Co Kerry |
