-Food (We have never eat so bad breakfast in any type of hotel or B&B) -Salty water in swimming pool -Internet wasn't free -Roadworks outside of the hotel (and in most of Malta) -We got two single beds instead of one double -Old shower

The value for money was good, the food was not the best, however a buffet menu is very difficult to get right when catering for 200+ guests and overall it was very good. We had a suite and the quality of the room was excellent. Service was good, no real complaints at all.

There was nothing to dislike as such. It is important to realise that this is definitely a family hotel and there are plenty of small children around, however the rooms are of a very good quality and they are not noisy at night.

The view was great.The cleanliness of the hotel was very good and the food on the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is in a good location if you want to go to Gozo.

The breakfast servers aren´t very attent and take your plates when your not ready for them to take them. They are very attent on cleaning the tables, but if you need silverware all three days I was there I had to get up and ask for it even if they were aware they took it from our table! Very frustrating! At the beginning of our stay the water in the bathroom was discolored, a light brownish color.

Good value for money. Very secluded location with ok connection to other parts of the island and excellent connection to Gozo and Comino. A lot of leisure facilities in the hotel.

The sea view room oversees the sea as well as the construction site under the hotel and noise of the construction activities destroy the quite atmosphere. The food in the hotel are not really according to the 4 star hotel standard but the price is quite ok as well. The management could work more on the interior decoration of the hotel.

We stayed in an economy room, so it was very cheap and very good value for money in our specific case. We wouldn't stay here if it wasn't that cheap.

Lack of personality that relates it to the place/country, just like in any other big Hotel.

Hotel was fine but there is a lot of road works going on so it can be horrondous crossing the road. Apparently this is onging for a while.

The entertainment staff cyril and his wife were lovely. Setting was lovely, but remote, do like to go out in the evenings.

could do with more choice in the restaurant didnt go buffet thought it was expensive. Meal in restaurant not always hot.

Staff were great food was ok all bus's stopped outside the door and ferry just down the road pools very good and good views all round

My single room 282 was not clean, and looked like it had not been cleaned properly for a long time, thick dust all round the edges and the room had a bad smell however that went when the windows were opened for awhile the bed was so bad asked for a new mattress but no change the toilet seat was stained and needed to be replaced and the grouting was stained bad house keeping pity as the malties are spotless if they can fix this it would be a great place to stay did say all this at the time but no joy I would stay again but not that room and I hope they do something about the beds, to bad for comfort and to heavy to move to clean .I would recommend it but as a stop off for ferry and bus's

Staff were cool. Room was grand, cleaned every day.

Wish they had nice coffee! And orange juice for breakfast :-) didn't replace shampoo in room.

Close to the sea and Gozo Ferry. Also good staff.

The pillows and the pool was cold also we booked 2 sea view rooms and this was not the case.

The location and the outdoor swimming pool.

The buffet breakfast could have included some more sweets/cakes altghough the buffet was abundant.
