Bedding, very poor mattrasses. Choice of food at dinner for kids, meant to be family hotel. Must pay additionnaly for everything: safe box, internet, full fridge, water, ...

location was excellent for myself n my 12 yr old daughter. plenty regular transport nearby, inc ferry to Goso..hotel was beautiful decor n staff were very helpful n chatty.food was fresh n plentiful.we did B B.manger Malcom was available n helpful. Samson was excellent with the kids .

initially we were given a room on what seems to be the old wing.. this was tried n not great compared to newer rooms, but change of room was delt with effeciently n quickly. thanks to Malcom the manager..

I have appreciated the low cost in this season. The hotel has good conforts and now it is cheap (but we are in low season), we also had good breakfast.

The bed was not confortable. The room, in front of the main road, was noisy. I think that in summer there is a lot of traffic, and impossible to sleep.

Lots of food and good choices at the buffet dinner. Staff helpful. Good view from rooms with north facing balconies. B&B in a hotel for around 25GBP per room - unbelievable.

Breakfast hot items often quite cool.

Very nice spacious rooms in a very calm relaxing area. Small beach with warm water even in end of October with diving classes and good snorkeling.

First night we got a room with lower standard. Scrambled eggs and bacon not included in breakfast (costs extra). No restaurants close to the hotel. In evening it's only the hotel buffet restaurant available and it was not fully worth its price.

Matrace, krik cudzich deti pri bazene, pravdepodovne deti pracovnikov hotelu

Nära till stranden och bra pool.

Hotellpersonalen var ytterst oprofessionell, gav ett dåligt intryck och bemötande, kunde inte ge ens de enklaste "turisttips" vg bussar, färjor till Comino eller dykskolan i närheten osv. Dessutom var mattan i hotellet äcklig och luktade illa. Städerskorna var jättetrevliga men de dammsög bara mattorna inne på rummen så de kändes äckliga och "ingrodda".

Melhorar os espaços comuns, limpeza inclusive; alargar horário das refeições, nomeadamente jantar

La disponibilità di tutto il personale, particolarmente alla reception, la piscina con acqua di mare l'ampiezza delle stanze. Parlano bene l'italiano almeno tutti i responsabili dei vari servizi. Camerieri di sala affabili.

Su due camere prenotate ed occupate, una ospitava costantemente formiche e scarafaggi. Ci è stata sostituita alla seconda sera con una chiusa da mesi e con i letti rotti! Spero sia stato solo uno sgadevole episodio...
