Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds and all the facilities you need for a holiday. Excellent location - just up the road from Bugibba bus station and plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas. All the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 3-bedroom family apartment on the 4th floor and unfortunately the water pressure was very poor so the 2 showers were pretty bad. I don't know if this applies to the other apartments and this was the only problem we had with the accommodation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in status of massive renovation - for example breakfast room was not useable. The furniture itself is old and not too comfortable, bed very soft. Part of our bathroom was very new, obviously already refurbished.

I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays. I was a solo traveler who wanted to explore the whole country, and for that the location was great. I would definitively come back, I am already missing the bacon and eggs :) My only complain is that the shower was not correctly installed, so it was not possible to fix it to the wall and shower comfortably. So I had to shower using in the manual mode. Other than that the hotel is fantastic.

The staff - very friendly troughout. First night, I got a small dark room with almost no window, with very old, partially rotten furniture - certainly not matching the description in booking.com. Luckily I could change to a larger, lighter room, albeit against extra charge. Had a balcony with prevailing view to the bus terminal, and farther behind the sea. Its plastic chair broke to pieces even before I could sat down entirely. The hotel's supposed to have a mini pool on the roof, which was seasonally closed, but it was looking so sordid I couldn't imagine to spent there more than half a minute. The breakfast buffet was quite poor, without fresh bread (just those packed breads and croissants from supermarket), inedible cheese. Delicious ham streaks and juices, though. Beware of the location, outside is loud, either from party crowds or from the bus terminal, depends on the time of the day/night. Very weak in-room wifi - stopped working all the time. Conclusion: Rather a two- or max three- star premise, serving the budget minded traveller.

Refurbished facilities, nice design and fresh thinking. Very friendly staff. I felt at home almost. Terrific breakfast. Refurbished facilities with kitchenette in the room with induction cooker, but the bottom of the saucepans are so uneven, that the cooker does not light at all! Promise of wi-fi in all rooms that often turns out to be too week to hold for more that 1 minute when on the Internet.

The hotel staff are what makes this hotel, the ideal place to stay in Qawra/Bugibba. I'd even goes as far as saying it is the hotel to stay in Malta in general. Price wise, it is hard to beat. Very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts (which is included in the price) and the hotel is located a few yards from Bugibba bus station. The Parklane is one of the best 3 star hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in.

Cleaning the rooms every day! Noise from the street. Also lady from the canteen wasn't very fair as she was giving much more stuff on the plate for british customers than for others. I am not fussy - I am honest! Have to paid an extra 20 euro for few hrs longer stay - as per T&C. In Gozo we didn't pay for an extra stay and it is better for the hotel in long perspective as people want to come back to good places.

Probably it is a good hotel for budget-minded, and for those who may cook during their travel. It is very close to the bus-station; you can take X3 bus from the airport to almost to the hotel (almost 10 times cheaper than a taxi) Beach or more interesting places are kind of too far away. You need to commute (long for the island) if you want to go to St. Julian or Valetta.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and started at 7:30, which was good for us since we had to leave at 8:00 three of our mornings for scuba diving. Easy walk to the sea front and beaches. Our room had a kitchen in case we wanted to eat in or store food. The room had a balcony so we could dry our towels at night and also A/C, which is important in August.

Location was great for us, slap bang in the middle of everything, numerous bars and eating places. Park Lane Apts are family run and staff are typical Maltese very friendly and efficient, nothing seems to be a problem. Andrea and his lovely Irish wife Lisa, ably assisted by Barbera and the rest of the staff make your stay completely hassle free. The apts were modern, light and spotless as were all the public areas. The only slight issue for me was the pool on the roof, lovely area for sunning yourself and the pool was fine as a dip-pool to cool off, but when you're as big as a whale you need plenty of room to roam in. Overall we would recommend these apartments to any age group who are after good value clean accomodation, central location and friendly efficient staff.
