Very friendly staff. The airconditioning worked perfectly; without which the nights would have been a lot more difficult! Very good location. The gym: nothing worked and it was unclear who to talk to. Also, breakfast consisted of a lot of greasy food and hardly any fruit. |

Not too much, for the 4 star hotel, I would say this is 2-3 star hotel, with no sea side. Hotel is 200 m from coast , rooms not to big, small windows.. Hotel was not on sea side, room has many problems, from shower, to the old mattress ect. Breakfast was rather English and very simple...guess many better hotels can be found in Sliema ...for same or half lower price.. |

I liked that there was entertainment for the guests The beds were very un-comfortable and the sheets were not changed during our stay. |

Cleanliness, comfort, facilities, room cleaning service - efficient without being intrusive. We felt at home. Breakfast - adequate at best - I often found it hard to find anything I liked - ie brown or rye bread, muesli (Only over-sweet children's cereals, very insubstantial). I was also disappointed at the range of fruit. |

It wasn't a four-star hotel and the location was horrible. The swimming pool was simpy a pool. The breakfast was full of salty food and poor of sweety things. The room was much worse than in the picture. |

The location was quite good. Not the standards of a four star hotel, definitely. |

Location. The hotel is not of 4 star standard or anywhere close to that. The two single beds in the room had unfitted sheets that came off as soon as you sat down and no undersheets or matress protectors. The staff, while not rude, were far from hospitable. Overall it was fair value for money but not a pleasant experience. Fitness centre is closed for much of the weekend. |

Good Location, the room was clean, Bus-Stop in front of the Hotel, nice roof-top pool, good price the Double-Room had 2 separate Beds wit 2 mattresses instead of one big bed. No wireless Internet, only one computer-station in the Lobby (for charge) |

The cleaning staff were particularly cheerful, attentive and thorough - top marks! The food was generally good, but not of a standard which I would expect from a Four Star Hotel. More importantly, I would also have expected a clear indication of the cost of telephoning from the hotel. This turned out to be terribly expensive; guests should be advised of the charges clearly in the room services folder next to the section giving the international dialling codes. |
