Park Hotel  

Good room, lots of clean towels and hot water, great breakfasts.

Some upgrading required, but this is reflected in the price.

The location of the hotel was good. The rooms were spacious.

= Breakfast - very regular, the worst coffee I've ever had = we had to = ask twice (in 4 days) for the shampoo and gel for the next day, = because they "forgot" to give us = the conditions were definitely not = of a 4-star-hotel = people at the reception desk sometimes looked like = they were just pretending to listen to you, not very willing to help = you = the telephone in our room didnt work

The situation;close to the bus stops, the sea front and access to Valletta

Keeping in mind that hotel star ratings in Malta are different to somewhere like uk, this 4 star hotel is actually a really great place to stay for a budget seaside getaway. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic, but make sure you get a room in a quiet spot, away from elevators and the very noisy street. We changed rooms and once we did, we had the best time at this hotel. Most importantly, Rachel and Sandra are amazing - such fantastic service. And all the staff serving expressos at the bar are also lovely. Customer service is definitely this hotels best feature!

The double beds are often twin beds on wheels put together. Fall in the crack, they roll away from one another, then you are on the floor. Simply request them to tie them together. They also need fitted sheets - flat sheets come off too often and are annoying.

Comfortable rooms, good food, location

Breakfast was nice and good selection.

Room very poor appearence, walls scuffed and dirty. Outer bed clothes did not seem clean, very grubby and sheets did not fully cover matteress. Toilet did not flush properly. Overall room was dirty and felt very grubby. Corridor carpet very grubby. Indoor pool was not clean, dirty feel to it. Outdoor loungers looked dirty. Footpath outside hotel could have been cleaner.

The room and bathroom were a little small. The balcony was too small and a little dangerous as it had a small wall to stop you falling over (room 225) other balconies had better metal safety features.

Great position just off the promenade. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and bars.

Poor tv. Difficult parking for the hire car.

The outdoor pool is only 1.2m deep, plus it is not as big as it looks in the pictures. -The sauna was at a price

The price, location of hotel and the fact the staff at reception friendly regarding check out at 12 instead of 11.

It is quite an old fashioned hotel, a bit shabby. The cooked breakfast was not very nice.

Buffet breakfast alowed varied diet from continental to full Irish. Close to promenade for walks,buses, restaurants.

Evening buffet needs upgrade.
