Value for money, quiet, near bus stop & amenities, good staff Swimming pool too small. Got locked out on balcony, unable to open door other than inside hotel (health & safety issue) |

The staff were excellent, rooms were clean, showers worked well and beds comfortable. The Fitness Room was in a terrible condition, and not really usable. The bathroom flooded whenever I took a shower. |

The room was very clean and was properly serviced each day. The staff were quite pleasant. The standard of food was not so good - very bland, poor choice. Parts of the decor were very "tired" - and the lifts needed to be checked over! |

The hotel was very good value for money and conveniently just off the front at Sliema not far from the Bus and ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and efficient We only had breakfast in the hotel which was plentiful but mediocre. There is an excellent restaurant called Nina's almost opposite the main entrance |

Location. Friendliness of staff, helpfulness of staff. Value. Good breakfast (did not eat there otherwise) Air con worked but was a bit noisy and seems to be in need of maintenance. Mid summer temperatures would probably be too much for it! |

The staff were very helpful and polite, an asset to the hotel. As I had telephoned in advance the hotel safely accomdated my bicycle in a corridor and did not object to my building it up or stripping it down ready for departure in my room which had a tiled floor. The hotel is a very good base for exploring Malta with easy access to good transport links for those who are able to walk 10-15 minutes to the harbour. It was also possible to walk to and from Paceville, the centre of nightlife for the younger person. The mature might prefer finding a harbour or promenade restaurant nearby. I stayed b & b and the breakfast was ok for me. However I only ate dinner in the restaurant once and was disappointed with my meal, oversteamed perhaps. As the restaurant never appeared to me to be busy in the evenings others may have thought the same or maybe preferred nearby alternatives. The good restaurant staff might consider themselves let down by the food they have to serve. Having read other reviews I was prepared for the view from the room and the size of the swimming pools so I wasn't disappointed when I arrived but then hotel doesn't sell itself as being in the beach resort category. |

Ok pool-section. Good breakfast. Poor condition of room: balcony facing wall, bed sheets did not fit the bed, worn out surfaces in the entire hotel, weird smelling air condition (had to sleep with the balcony door open) |

Full English breakfast. clean room. Very helpful hotel staff, made our stay stress free. A good base to explore the island as the boat trip departure from the Sliema Seafront. a bit annoying is the bus network, has to change at Valletta which is a 30mins jounary plus waiting time. Better off to join the cheap min--bus tour organised by the same people who do the boat trip on the Sliema Seafront. |

Staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Close to the Sliema Ferry, thus location is good. Room facilities are average. |

It was a good price for the standard and location of hotel. Although a four star hotel, this is Maltese four star and not equivalent to a UK four star. A long as you understand this it was a good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left some items in the room after checking out and rang them to say so. They said without prompting that the housekeeper would keep the items until I returned to Malta a week later. There was a slight smell of damp in the foyer and mezzanine level. I think this came from the indoor swiming pool which was overlooked from the foyer. |

Quiet, clean, A/C, nearness to the beach (but with a view to opposite buildings) small and unusable SPA facilities (indoor pool & jacuzzi) and un-professionnal housemaids (getting into a room with a "Please do not disturb" sign, forgetting to bring breakfast one day, and bringing it with extra food we didn't eat but had to pay for the next day) |

There was missing of water in the bathroom; after 30minutes the water arrived brown with earth. The airconditioning was found off: more than 7 hours to get an acceptable room temperature. Breakfast very poor. The Hotel in whole is less than a 3 star! |
