Good location, very good pizza in the restaurant at the front of the hotel. Room clean and bright. Nice pool and sun area on the roof. Occasionally front desk staff were not there to take in or give out room key. No bell to summon attention at front desk. |

Good location. Easy parking in its vinicity. Friendly and helpfull reception. Free internet. Permanent smel of diesel oil inside, especially in the lift (probably used for heating in hotel kitchen), relatively too used (old) bathroom for that category of hotel |

For a very reasonably price, the Plaza Regency offers a very comfortable stay, with a lovely view. I have traveled frequently to Malta over the past 8 years, and in terms of value for money, this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Malta so far. I will definitely stay here again. It is centrally located and offers all basic needs a comfort traveler needs. |

Practically everything. Helpful staff, nice room with excellent view from balconies, very good breakfast, location, rates. Will willingly stay there again in the future. Very nice room but a bit noisy for my tastes. However, bearable.Very nice staff (except one night when we came back, there was no one at reception and had to help ourselves to key). Good bathroom, though shower curtain could be cleaner. |

Location of hotel for local restaurants and promonade was very good. the room was well designed and well equiped. The breakfast. Although the choice was good I felt that quality of the cooked food was possibly not as good as first sitting. If like myself you did not eat till after 09.00 I thought it could have been better. If breakfast is offered till 10.00 in my opinion it should be catered for till 10.00 |

They have inside pool. Nice breakfast and a nice store inside the hotel with sweets. They have rooms different for booking.com and different fo normal visitors. In your site it was describe in superior room they must have a mini bar. Nothing like this. The room blankets are dirty and in general the rooms was vey old. The entrance point and the shared accomondations was pretty good, but our rooms are too old. Everything inside was old. |

Breakfast. Kindness of the staff. The room was hooribly dirty, special the bathroom. The shower leaked water everywhere on the floor. The room stank terribly. The blankets were dirty and the pillows (inside the pillowcase) were yellowish because of the great use. Mould between the wall and the beds. |

The Hotel is located in Sliema, very near from Valletta and St.Julian. The bus stop is very near. The room is equipped with all facilities, include hairdryer in the toilet. The staff is very kind! I recommend you this hotel!! |

The location was good. I was not overly impressed with the breakfast. The quality was not great and on 2 occasions I found bugs in my juice and tea. The selection was also not huge as the fruits and cold meats were of poor quality. |

Very nice and helpful lady/waitress in the restaurant/breakfast room. My room had a lovely sea-view. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good value for money. Good breakfast. The bed was very unconfortable, with an old lumpy hard mattress! the bathroom -though big- was quite basic... Hotel staff not particularly friendly, but given the average customer type fully understandable! The rooms in the old part of the hotel need refurbishing! |

The room was very spacious, gorgeous view of the water, and very clean. The elevators repeatedly stopped working, and we were on the 6th floor. |
