The hotel is very central to all amenities. The bus stops immediately in front. The telephone charges were exhorbitant. |

Excellent value for money. Fantastic view from the balcony over the bay and the sea. Public transport just in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Valletta. Fully recomended for the price paid. Breakfast could be of better quality but cannot complain for the price paid. |

The hotel does not qualify 4 stars. The cleanliness of the sheets and towels is poor. They barely make up the beds but don't clean the rooms. |

Good location The fan in bathroom didn't work, and the toilet chair stinks. There was no shower curtain - there was something which is supposed to block water from shower, but it didn't work - I had to wipe off water on floor after all my shower. The reception on my first day of the hotel was not kind at all, and a man - looked like a manager or someone - is incredibly rude. Even though the location is good, the staffs from the cafe were good and nice, and its cheap, I have no plan to use this hotel again at all. |

it was close to the bus stop. it's halfway between Sliema and St. Julian. The staff was nice enough. The view of the water for the seaside view rooms was the only good thing with the hotel The hotel is very old. When we first turned on the tap, the water that came out was yellow. The shower curtain at the bottom was black from mould. They could've and should've changed it. The hair dryer was ancient. It's the kind that looks like it is a vacumn tube. The air coming out smelled like cigarettes. |

went during quiet time so the only loud thing was the street, receptionist mostly helpful, grrrreat location to get to anywhere in malta, breakfast ok, covered our needs & good value for money. really in need of an upgrade, matresses are dreadful, everything a little old & rundown but quite clean. |

location is perfect the hotel location is perfect, otherwise would not recommend to stay for relaxing holidays in this hotel, everything is too consumed and need to be renewed! |

Accomodation was very good with excellent views over the sea.The balcony was a bonus. Bit of a trek between the accomodation and the dining room and rooftop pool. The breakfast was adequate but restricted menu, and the area around the coffee machine caused congestion due to its location. |

Good location on sea front. Plenty of restaurants within a reasonable distance on foot. Overpriced. Springs sticking through mattress. Studio had kitchenette but sparse supply of crockery and utensils. Also no teabags, sachets of coffee etc which we presumably would have been provided in a standard room. For short stay, expensive to go out and buy all the necessary things to make studio facilities worthwhile. |

Inland studio apartment was very spacious with morning sunshine. Maid service was excellent, clean towels every day. Reception staff were very helpful. Roof top pool very small for the size of the hotel, the addition of the indoor pool would have been a bonus, had it been open. |

I dont know..... because, i dont like this hotel, it was cheap and i take the room at the 4. floor; I think the other floors are nicer...It was very terrible the towell in the bathroom. He smells and was not nice. Hotel staff are not friendly at the receptions. My room smells not good and the towell in the bad smells terrible, when i take a bath, it was terrible to need the towell in the bathroom. Normally the towell are white, but he was dirty an likes grey and have black points in his towells. |

The Plaza Regency Hotel is in fact two sister hotels joined by a glass walkway on the 6th floor.I Stayed in the Regency last year and was in the Plaza this time. Both hotels are same in terms of decor and quality, and I found the staff in both to be friendly and helpful on the few occasions I needed information or help.To me the big plus of the Plaza Regency Hotels is their position on Balluta Bay.There are pleasant gardens opposite, the sea is right over the road and the shops where within walking distance.Bus stops are less than a minute away. When I decided to come back to Malta there was no question of me looking at any other Hotels. |
