Beliggenheten - nær til forretninger, restauranter og busstopp like utenfor døren. Gangavstand til fergeforbindelse til Valletta, hvis man ikke ønsker å kjøre buss/taxi dit. Fantastisk flott utsikt til sjø - og utover Middelhavet. God frokost, bra restaurant - og alltid tilbud om mat, drikke og forfriskninger i hagerestaurant. Et hotell vi gjerne vender tilbake. Enda bedre serviceinnstilling hos de ansatte. Språkbarrierer? De ansatte henvendte seg sjelden til gjesten. Men spurte gjesten først, fikk man høflig svar. Stor velvilje til å hjelpe når man først spurte. |

The room was very spacious, gorgeous view of the water, and very clean. The elevators repeatedly stopped working, and we were on the 6th floor. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe in connection with the hotel is excellent. Great location at the sea; easy to go for walks at the sea shore or boulevard. The hotel is next to a busy road. In the rooms especially in the first floor and facing the sea, there is some traffic noise. The hotel consists of some previously separate (but adjacent) buildings, so finding your way in the long corridors and using the various lifts to get around may take a bit of time. |

Good location, only a to the ferry terminal. Room was quite noisy, it was a seaview room on first floor so lots of road noise. The room was adjacent to the maids office and we were woken by their loud chatting before 8 each morning. |

It's in a good position. It was good to have a roof-top pool We were allocated rooms with only internal windows and therefore very almost no natural light. They were appalling and it would be unthinkable to stay there. We complained and were moved the next day. However, we met many people who had the same experience. These rooms should be identified as such and priced accordingly to avoid disppointment. The linen and towels were threadbare. |

The staff was really kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast (English style) delicious and full of different choises. Beds should be a bit more comfortable, anyway they were more than acceptable. This is just a suggestion to optimize the bedrooms. |

I didnot like anything about Plaza Regency This place was like Faulty Towers, a real nightmare, out of the 23 hotels I stay in 100 days around Europe this was the worst, Jackhammers started at 7 am the first day, Staff were rude, staff refused to give me a refund so I could move, Dirty rooms broken facilities, couldnt wait to get out of there!! |

We liked everything: we could enjoy a special offer on booking.com, so we were pleasantly suprised at the quality of the room: an amazing view, a big room and bathroom, good price/quality in the restaurant, nice swimming pool on top of the hotel no night swimming |

We stayed for just one night and got a side-view room. Amazing! And we got all this for really a cheap price. The hotel is located between Sliema and St Julian so it easy to walk either ways. Bar/clubs of Paceville are just 20-minute walk away or if you do not fancy walking the bus stop is down the street. Staff is very polite and we even got offered a shower before going to the airport.
