Da localização Penso que a limpeza e a decoração dos quartos poderia ser melhorada. O pequeno almoço é francamente mau. |

Da localização do hotel e das vistas sobre o mar. O hotel deveria apostar mais em limpeza nos quartos e corredores, bem como num melhor serviço dos funcionários (simpatia/disponibilidade/profissionalismo) e um melhor pequeno almoço, pois em termos de qualidade e quantidade era muito fraco. |

A localização e a proximidade dos transportes públicos e restaurantes. Os equipamentos necessitam ser substituídos. O quarto possuía um tecto falso bastante danificado e junto da porta de entrada estava mesmo com alguns buracos. A casa de banho está bastante velha. O pequeno-almoço não tem qualidade e apresenta pouca ou nenhuma diversidade. |

The room was very spacious, gorgeous view of the water, and very clean. The elevators repeatedly stopped working, and we were on the 6th floor. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe in connection with the hotel is excellent. Great location at the sea; easy to go for walks at the sea shore or boulevard. The hotel is next to a busy road. In the rooms especially in the first floor and facing the sea, there is some traffic noise. The hotel consists of some previously separate (but adjacent) buildings, so finding your way in the long corridors and using the various lifts to get around may take a bit of time. |

Good location, only a to the ferry terminal. Room was quite noisy, it was a seaview room on first floor so lots of road noise. The room was adjacent to the maids office and we were woken by their loud chatting before 8 each morning. |

It's in a good position. It was good to have a roof-top pool We were allocated rooms with only internal windows and therefore very almost no natural light. They were appalling and it would be unthinkable to stay there. We complained and were moved the next day. However, we met many people who had the same experience. These rooms should be identified as such and priced accordingly to avoid disppointment. The linen and towels were threadbare. |

The staff was really kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast (English style) delicious and full of different choises. Beds should be a bit more comfortable, anyway they were more than acceptable. This is just a suggestion to optimize the bedrooms. |
