Hotel Plevna

Fortstzung von *) Scheibe mit Streifen zu bekleben um deutlich erkennbar zu machen, dass hier kein Durchgang ist.

Ich habe mir im Zuge meines Aufenthaltes eine schmerzhafte Platzwunde an der Nasenwurzel zugegzogen, die mittlerweile eine deutlich sichtbare Narbe im Gesicht hinterlassen hat. Dies ist passiert als ich das Hotel auf der Rückseite (Billardzimmer, Tischfussballzimmer) betreten wollte. Von aussen sind Stufen die ein Eintreten möglich erscheinen lassen, der 3. Flügel ist allerdings fest. Beim Einchecken zur Mittagszeit stand diese Tür offen, beim Heimkehren nach dem Sightseeing war es aussen finster und innen hell. Die klare Scheibe liess nicht erkennen, dass hier eine fixe Glasplatte ist. Sehr verwundert bin ich auch über den unprofessionellen Umgang des Personals mit dieser Situation. Ich habe dem Manager am Tag danach den Tip gegeben,die *)

Auswahl beim Frühstück war überraschend gut; 24-Stunden-Rezeption; günstige Lage

bis auf wenige Ausnahmen unfreundliches Personal; Zimmer waren nicht immer gründlich gereinigt; Brausekopf war defekt, wurde dann wohl nicht zum ersten Mal nur zusammengeklebt; Abflussrohre der Badewanne waren undicht, so dass Wasser sich auf dem Badezimmerboden verteilte; Zimmeraussicht auf Innenhof mit Entsorgungsrohren etc.;

Frühstück sehr vielfältig, sehr gut, gute Lage, relativ ruhig

Staff pleasant and helpful. Food good. Room quite adequate for price paid. Location close to the action but quiet at night

I have had a bad experience with my bed sheet - it was smelly, but the lady from the reception was very helpful and change it for me; the shampoo and the soap was not replace only in the first day, breakfast very English(can be improved)

Very plesent helpfull staff, public areas very smart and clean, room was clean bat in need of maintenance (door jam broken away from wall, door panel cracked

no hair-dryer in the room as advertised, we saw a little cockroach as we were leaving at the corridor, one lamp didnt work, no view at all from our room and no natural light

The Hotel's beach club is a good place to stay.

The room was not clean,when we arrived the bed linnen was dirty with hairs... We called the reception and the manager changed it(he is nice). In the next day, the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8am!!! We told her that we were spleeping and that she should come back later and then we were surprised when going out of the room, she left the new bed linnen oh the floor(the dirty was explained)! We looked for her and we found a bedroom oppen with the made's keys on the door, called her but the room was oppen and she was not there(there was the personnal things of someone inside!!!). We went to the reception and the manager was called and we told him that we did not want our bed linnen changed but they did it.

Realy warm and heartful staff! Wide range of breakfast!

Breakfast and the fact it was near Valetta and with plenty bus routes to travel troughout the island without any difficult in those vintage buses;

Problems with the lift and not many options on the TV
