Viewing the sea from the room. Good breakfast. A nice skylounge with very good cocktails. The interior of the rooms was a little bit out of date.

Have stayed here before and use the hotel as a relaxing get away from busy life. Book a room with a sea view. The showers in the changing rooms of the leisure facilities need to be updated. They are old and broken and dirty.

The location is great, there's a lot of choice for breakfast, but don't except a nice orange juice. It taste like a cocktail juice, really sweet and not healthy at all. But the croissants are amazingly good. The spa is very nice and the staff is helpful. It is pretty clean and the price is decent. There's a lot of old people, sometimes it can get on your nerves at breakfast time. If your looking for a hot shot hotel, this is not the one. There was no fan in the bathroom so the room was very humid. The orange juice and coffee at breakfast is awfull. But those are very small issues since the room is very affordable.

Location, location, location. Breakfast was generous, hot food (a rarity on the continent) provided skimmed milk. We were treated as loyal customers with a free room upgrade the second time round. The sea front view from the room was beautiful and very pleasing especially watching sunrise. They were reliable in organising a taxi pick up from the airport. It could have been cleaner all round. It didn't sparkle. Tv area was cold and draughty. The Sky room entertainment area and the Italian restaurant were closed for refurbishment. This must have been planned in advance and we should have been warned in advance,

I liked the Spa and the staff only. There is an Italian restaurant which the food is excellent, I would recommend anyone eat there. The hotel is dirty and I will never stay there again..

What I liked about the preluna hotel and spa was the rooftop terrace. I did not like the room it was ugly. I did not like how all the rooms had single beds. The hotel looked nothing like the hotel in photos on Booking.com or feel like a 4 star hotel at all.

We requested a sea view room but were not informed by Booking.com that it would cost €9 per person per night extra for this. We didn't take the sea view room. Our room looked out on to a building site and was very dull. After a few days we spoke to a hotel rep and were upgraded to the sea view and it completely changed our opinion of the hotel. Much nicer & brighter.Made the last few days of the holiday. Also as because it was out of season the outdoor pool & sun bathing area was closed. We didn't notice this on the booking.com website. It should have been made more noticeable if it was on it. Overall enjoyed Preluna and Malta in general

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Hotel is tired, needs refurbishment. Room gloomy and not clean. Fan did not work in bathroom, lights in hall failed, air conditioner hopeless. Food was awful in evening but breakfast ok but appalling scrum to eat with people pushing and shoving to get food. Pictures in brochure not up to date E.G. outside pool a complete mess.
