Good food. Nice location and seaside view. Nice staff and good food. Nice facilities. We were not told of the racket they made next door where excavation and heavy equipment work ran all day when we stayed at the hotel. Also the a/c was not working so we threatened to leave for another hotel and first then did they run the a/c from 4pm until midnight and then the room got very hot (27'c) even with the balcony door open. We got a 10% adjustment when we complained. A scandal they did not give a good adjustment right away. Was told they did not do the heavy excavating during the summer to please the this hotels customers. We rate the hotel about 3 stars. They should have warned us about both problems. |

Location of the hotel was very good with a sea view. We were able to walk into neighbouring areas very easily from this hotel. We did not receive confirmation of our booking of a taxi from the airport to the hotel therefore we did not know if we had one or not. Plus we paid the taxi driver directly and then the hotel tried to charge us the taxi fare when we checked out. It was embarrassing for us to stand there while reception rang the taxi firm to confirm that what we said was correct. |

- Only the location. The hotel was so worthless and very costly for what it is - It was a disapointment. The pictures on the site did not reflect the real hotel. decoration looks from the 60s. The Pool looks so old and uninviting (and dirty). The toilet was dirty! The AC did not work. Told them to fix it and still the three days was so hot inside. Two lights in the room were not working and after complaining twice in two days they just fix one. This hotel does not deserve even 2 stars. At the end moved to another hotel 2 blocks from there.. 50% the price, one star less but much much better |

The hotel was convenient for us, as we had meetings throughout the Island. It is right on the promenade, so within easy walking distance of St. Julian and lots of bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fine, although it could be a little crowded at times. There is free wifi in the lobby, which is a big bonus. The hotel was very old fashioned. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The lifts were extremely slow and frustrating. Overall the hotel needs a major over haul. |

Misleading photos suggesting far higher standard than reality - ie website pictured bordered on deceiving. We only stayed 1 night instead of 6 as it was not an acceptable room(s) standard for a family given price. We found a superior hotel for reasonably similar price. Our children nicknamed this hotel "The Dump". See above - only thing we enjoyed was the limit of our stay. |

Staff were very helpful and happy to please. Room was clean & very comfortable. Hotel is central to buses, tours and shops without the hustle and bustle of too many tourists. Everything you need is just outside the front door. The view from the room was superb; facilities and entertainment excellent. I would recommend Preluna to those over say 30 years of age. Those with disabilities were also catered for. I would have preferred a kingsize bed instead of 2 singles pushed together but it was not a big problem. |

Second time I stayed here - ok, it's not the cheapest option but it's probably the nicest and most comfortable place in Sliema. Location workds very well - and I'd come again |

Being close to several clean beachs in a silent invironment and near to shopping centers and bus station. There is a nice resteurant at the top of the hotel with a wonderful balcony that has sea overview and live music. A very kind man who works in fast-food resteurant in the grand floor does everything he can for his customers. Some staff who work in resteurant don't behave politely with customers. |

The reception staff were very helpful in particular Emmanuel who was the most helpful and just a wonderful person. It was a fairly dated and very tired hotel, to call it four star is very ambitious. |

The location was perfect, the pool and sea were just across the street, shopping and restaurants all around the hotel, the bus stop right in front of the hotel for longer trips. The view from the room was not the great, you had to lean out balcony to see anything. |

I found the staff to be more than helpful and always polite.i found all my requests were met with a smile... I did not like the fact that during my 5 week stay i was treated by 1 Individual working on front desk at night with such disrespect,he in fact is a great cause for concern for future business, and should not be allowed to deal with anyone direct.. |

Liked the location , liked the pool and the sun deck. Enjoyed the entertainment. Would have preferred the layout of the suite to be different so you did not have to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom |
