excellent location on sea front

The location was ideal for the shops and harbour and the trips.

Being a solo traveller i did not use the facilities of the hotel to the full apart from the spa.I thought the seating arrangement in the downstairs bar was a bit crammed in.

Good location.

Rooms very old and dirty, grossly overpriced compared to other places in Malta, poorly run (no towels, hot tub filthy) looks very run down. Overall this hotel was the single biggest disappointment during our entire trip.

The room was a bit tatty, needed some renovation. Air-con didn't seem to work and it was hot. Noisy outside - cars and construction works.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location not far from the shops and the ferries. There is a private outdoor pool on the waterfront and a small indoor pool and spa.

Lack of efficient air conditioning though the fan worked well. Breakfast room was very hot and crowded.

The price is correct, for what I got.

In my opinium it is not a 4. Start Hotel, it wiLl more like 3 1/2 Starts. The breackfast,bedroom are not to the standing.

Too much noisy on the night (view on the sea) . "Street noise" , (cars, people (shout after midnight and all the night). the sky room is now too "cold" without sofa !!! it was better before!

Excellent position with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with air conditioning and all the facilities that you would expect in a good hotel. Given the facilities and position in Sliema, the price was very reasonable.

The hotel is made up of a series of buildings and finding our way around was a problem. Lifts were incredibly slow. The room was ok but it looked a bit tired - a redecoration would improve it a lot. Also the bath was the smallest with the lowest shower head that I have ever found in a hotel. I had to kneel down in the bath to take a shower - I am not a giant so I could not see how a taller or fatter person would ever get bathed properly.

We like everything about the Preluna. We have started here lots of times and will always stay here when we visit Malta.

There isn't anything not to like.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, use of service lift (!), wonderful view, very friendly reception, nice maids.

Large stain on carpet in 1111 (I didn't bother to complain but....), one lift out of action which was a nuisance at breakfast time.

Location was great between spinola bay n seafront of sliema. Huge hotel lots of chill out areas, cafe, restaurant. Was on the sunny side so didn't lose sun till late in day. Fair price for what you got.

Hotel was noisy. Huge construction site opposite but isn't there everywhere in malta? Swimming pool was small, good enough for what you need but think the word spa is misleading. Parking could be tricky but again this was with lots of hotels

The poor food-Breakfast-sitting around for a long time.Coffee from a machine-blah.Evening meal-could not get a coffee or tea when asked.Tried the Japanese resteraunt.-Soup noodles not cooked.My friend had Tepera plate-it was dripping with oil! Yeak.

- Location was very Good - Good Choice of food items at breakfast

- Check-in can be done after 2 pm. We arrived at 3.30 pm and had to wait for 20 mins for the room to be fully ready - We requested a double bed and was not provided for until we complained about it with the receptionist. - Receptionist was not so professional in handling our complaint - Room was not very clean and did not include any free toiletries - Gym is not free for bb basis bookings. - Service is not up to a 4 star Hotel standard

The fact it was on the seaside. Very well served by the pubblic transportation.

The building is very old and the facilties were not modern any more or took care to be a nice "vintage hotel". One of the lifts was under construction. People working, lot of dusty material around. Long time waiting for the lift. When using the personnel lift, there was no indications and once I lost myself in the hotel when using it (arrived to a private area not very clean or confortable).

Great hotel, the breakfast was really nice they have continental and english breakfast as well. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. Nice seaside view, close to the sea.The location was excellent! The spa was included, only the gym has extra charge, both was nice and clean! There is a restaurant called Mareluna absolutely brilliant, excellent food and atmosphere.

The steam room was out of order, and the bed uncomfortable.

I didn't like this hotel becaouse it was the Worst one in my life

on the whole it was very comfortable and friendly

the TV in my room didn't work for the the whole of my short stay....despite reporting it to reception 3 times
