Plenty of entertainment and excellent breakfast each morning, very helpful staff.lovely location and beautiful views. Bed didn't have have a mattress protector which made the bed uncomfortable -very hot. |

The staff were very friendly, welcoming us with a glass of juice and upgrading our accommodation to a suite. The air conditioning in our room was not working and it was quite hot - at least there were ceiling fans. |

the spa and swimming pools and the sky room they put the shower gel,shampoing,and all the toilets staff only on the day we arrive.they clean the room after 12 . |

Nina's and Triton restaurants, Facilities at the Lido. Helpfulness of the front desk team and friendliness of restaurant staff. Air Conditioning not adequate. Damage to laundry. Unfriendly daytime staff in Cafe. Inexperienced night shift manager. Choice for 'All- inclusive was restricted. Uncomfortable beds. |

A smart, modern and clean hotel. Pillows were not comfortable - hotels frequently provide poor quality bedding, irrespective of star rating! |

Excellent breakfast for this category of hotels. During the whole stay the Minibar never was filled up. Checking out was a problem because the reception was not on duty at a Saturday morning! |
