I can see a deep blue Med in your room. and when I slept on the bed, the beautiful view definitely caught my eyes~~ facilities seems are a little bit old... |

Although OK in general and better tha others of same category, it is far from 4* EU standard - if there is global EU standar for hotels. It can be a fair 3*, with a good value of 45 EUR/night - out of season. Do not know about prices during the season. Appreciate WIFI for free and good quality. People are freiendly, but lack of experience. Elevator - slow and to much waiting time, no good use of the roof floor - terace - |

good location for things to do thats all the staff were very rude and unhelpfull and rooms very basic for star rating would not treccomend it again to anyone very poor.as i organised it for my friends birthday so very dissappointing and first time in malta. |

My family enjoyed the location on the seafront, close to the cafes and shops. Our room was ok, it served our needs just fine. The food was very good, and the drinks were very reasonably priced in the bars. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. |

It is in a central place, I had a sea view room and it was very nice with a balcony (I love balconies because I smoke).Very helpful and nice staff Lifts were not wonderful but they are working |

A lot of Hotel facilities like rent-car, tourist travel agency are inside beyond free Spa Relax. Full breakfast and self service inside. |

Our room had a temperatura rounding 30°C and the air conditioning was not working ... we couldn't sleep! After 3 horrible nigths They gave us another room and the air conditioningn was working! |

Free wifi, proximity to a bus stop and to the ferry to Valetta, breakfast was quite ok Although non-smoking, the room was strongly smelling cold smoke, there were also ongoing works nearby resulting in lots of noise during the day |

very pleasant staff, food was good, nice location had to change rooms because of construction noise, cleaning of bedrooms not great bed linen not changed for the week we were there, entertainment not great bedrooms need up-dating most of the guests were mature retired couples |

The greeting upon arrival was first rate - my wife & I each received a chilled glass of orange juice upon arrival. Staff were very attentive at all times. The awful noice from the building site across the road. |

It was cheap.Decent but not remarkable breakfast. For the price we paid we did not expect much. Had we paid more, and had selected the hotel for a main holiday we woudl have a different view. With the exception of the gym the facilities are poor and inadequate for the number of guests. Outdoor pool was disgusting, had not been cleaned for weeks yet litierature advised it was open till the last day of October. Much of the hotel is past its 'sell by' date and had a sad forlorn air about it. We are seasoned travellers and this has to rate as one of the poorest hotels we have stayed in since the bad old package tour days. |

Good food. Nice location and seaside view. Nice staff and good food. Nice facilities. We were not told of the racket they made next door where excavation and heavy equipment work ran all day when we stayed at the hotel. Also the a/c was not working so we threatened to leave for another hotel and first then did they run the a/c from 4pm until midnight and then the room got very hot (27'c) even with the balcony door open. We got a 10% adjustment when we complained. A scandal they did not give a good adjustment right away. Was told they did not do the heavy excavating during the summer to please the this hotels customers. We rate the hotel about 3 stars. They should have warned us about both problems. |

The food was very good.most of the staff was good Faulty air con (even though not switched on) made it impossile to have a good nights rest.the hotel failed to supply alternative room even though six staff were involved.hotel tried to charge for services not used |

Location of the hotel was very good with a sea view. We were able to walk into neighbouring areas very easily from this hotel. We did not receive confirmation of our booking of a taxi from the airport to the hotel therefore we did not know if we had one or not. Plus we paid the taxi driver directly and then the hotel tried to charge us the taxi fare when we checked out. It was embarrassing for us to stand there while reception rang the taxi firm to confirm that what we said was correct. |

- Only the location. The hotel was so worthless and very costly for what it is - It was a disapointment. The pictures on the site did not reflect the real hotel. decoration looks from the 60s. The Pool looks so old and uninviting (and dirty). The toilet was dirty! The AC did not work. Told them to fix it and still the three days was so hot inside. Two lights in the room were not working and after complaining twice in two days they just fix one. This hotel does not deserve even 2 stars. At the end moved to another hotel 2 blocks from there.. 50% the price, one star less but much much better |
