Friendliness and efficiency of staff. Well equipped. Excellent desk and concierge service. Confirmed exact booking requirements 3 days before arrival and asked if we wanted taxi, which then met us at the airport. Rate notified and confirmed in advance. Windy location. There is no beach, not a location for young children at all. Edge restaurant beside sea is not available for dinner this year as it is in constant use for events- not notified in advance. Bistro- a la carte, is not really a la carte and has a restricted menu- doubles as an all night restaurant serving the room service menu after 11.00pm. Try CorinthianHotel - Terrace Restaurant for grills with a difference

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The Le Bistro restaurant was very good. There was also a striking sea view . We had a few small niggles which I think should not happen in a five star hotel. The main one was there was no provision for cool storage and the room instructions specifically say you could not use the minibar for your own goods. Usually I expect to have a fridge in the room to store medications .Fortunately it was not too hot while we were there but in full summer I would have had a problem as many medical supplies need to be stored under at the most 25C.

The food was great, the hotel was clean, and the service was friendly. I didn't realize that they were so far away from the nearest bus stop. They offer a shuttle service but we didn't find out about that until the last couple days. You can't adjust the room tempature, so at times the room was hot. Pool closes at 6 pm, a little early. I would not stay again as I think it was too expensive for what you got, although it was a decent hotel.

We had amazing Christmas break in the hotel. The Christmas buffet dinner was fantastic, And of course, because they make entartaiment for our kids in playground, while we had dinner, we were able to have nice romantic diinner . The presents for the kids, which we find in the room were very good surprize for them. Will come again for Valentines and next Christams. Everything is perfect!

Really helpful and friendly staff, I loved the welcome drink whilst we were checking in! The tv in the room was not compatible with a dvd player I had, but the staff were extremely helpful and replaced the tv immediately.

The indoor pool is very small. Once I had to go to relax in the pool and it was filled up with families and children, shouting and so on which I had to go back into my room disappointed......

First I would lke to appricate the hospitality and the tidyness of the room. But it was a pity that I had booked early, for Radission of St Julians had a coupon ( descount) from 1st december till 31st december where I could pay 65 euros instead of 110 euros per night per couple.. Regarding yellow pages coupon.

Location is excellent if you want sea and beach. One can't be nearer to the sea than this, otherwise it can be a bit secluded. Restaurants are fine and food is tasty and they serve generous portions. Breakfast is a treat. Wifi is a nice to have. Shuttle service to cities were nice and convenient although pricey. Toiletries in the bathroom were nice. Hotel is old, there's a disturbing smell as soon as you enter it, it might be the cleaning products but not good anyway. Room was Not spotless and bathroom clearly needed un uplift to match 5 stars! At its present state, I would give the bathroom 3 stars for its space. The shower mechanism was old and the head could not be removed to use freely . No water bottles. I didnt like the pre- authorisation on the credit card. What is this: a dine and run?

Radisson blu St Julians: very friendly staff, be it at the reception, catering staff, at the gym and indoor pool, lobby attendants, etc. We felt very welcome there and look forward for similar leisure breaks in the near future. The cleaners also do a great job in the rooms allocated and all necessities are available as expected and marketed.

It is located in St Julian - which is a vibrant location for holiday makers and young holiday makers - but it is just that bit out of the confusion and completely peaceful. The rooms are spacious and also offer a really nice balcony (most with sea view) where we could sit and read, have a drink or just breathe in the seabreeze. The food is brilliant , really high quality and extremely good value for money (they have 5 dinner offers that are unbeatable). Breakfast is top class, I have rarely seen such a variety and quality of offering.

Room cleanliness was ok. Food at Le Bistro was also good and although we did not use it, the all night service is great should you want to eat when everything else is closed. Very decent breakfast. Disappointed with the limited choice of tv channels. I found much better choice in 3 star hotels. Be careful not to touch anything from the mini fridge as you would be charged automatically even if you would not have necessarily consumed the product. I found that the glass partition above the bath was too small to stop water from splashing to the floor when the shower is used and the water ends up in the corridor.

Luxurious feeling. Friendly staff. Good food. Nice looking room, clean. Nice gym, inside and outside swimming pools. Although seaside, no sandy beach (as far as I could see). I spent most of the time in Valetta and took a taxi there. Public transportation would be possible, but would take too much time during rush hours.

Food at the restaurant is excellent compared to regular food you get on Malta, large terrace with sunbeds and umbrella; spa treatment is rather cheap and professional although spa facilities are very small and old. No decent restaurants in the area, closest beach is small and dirty (have to drive to paradise bay); absolutely not worth the money if you are looking to swim in the sea

Variation of food. Comfortable pool facilities. Sparkling wine for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Received e-mail prior to our stay to arrange transport from the airport. Spacious and stylish hotel. Perfect location if you prefer quietness. Own affordable shuttle bus to several cities nearby. At arrival our balcony sliding door could not be closed, maintenance did not see a problem. We did get a new room, but smaller with no discount. Cleaning lady left our door open. Out of date tv and bathroom. Cheap chairs on balcony. Automatic charge of minibar items as soon as you touch them. Hotel lies on the edge of town, do not choose it if you walk badly. No public transport nearby.

The staff were top class. The best hotel staff I have ever come across. The room was far from 5 star, it was 3 or 4 star at very best. Most definitely not worth the money.

“Situated cloose to St Julian's, great for a walk and eating out. Do nort be put off by the Paceville area just outside the hotel, its for teens, but there is so much more around. The staff are so helpful and geuine. Public spaces pretty good and clean. Food by the pool is great as they have a kitchen there now. Close to the Casino with a brilliant restaurant. Try it you will be pleased.” Antony, Harpenden |
