Suite muy espaciosa y con independencia del dormitorio. Ubicación y vista espectacular. Muy buena climatización en las habitaciones. Bien insonorizadas. Restaurantes: comida y precios correctos

Un hotel de esta categoría no puede permitirse una moqueta vieja y manchada, tanto en habitaciones como en el bar y restaurante. En mi opinión este hotel necesita un repaso de pintura, muebles y sobre todo moqueta. No tiene comparación con el de la misma cadena en Dubrovnik, donde estuve el año pasado, y que es fenomenal.

Descanso si no quieres salir de marcha. La tetera para hacer café o té y la cocina por si quieres hacer algo o meterlo en la nevera también me han gustado.

Demasiada moqueta y poca higiene en las habitaciones, al menos en el baño.

El entorno y los servicios, muy variados

Son muy permisivos con el parking. Afecta al cliente, que dificulta mucho ir con vehiculo

Bed, Bedding and pilows excellent. Kitchenette concept in the rooms was surprising and good. Hotel was generally well maintained and clean.

As a very, very seasoned and experienced global traveller I found this hotel ok but very poor value for Money. Eu666 for 4 nights would pay for a 5 star hotel.....this is not 5 star and would scrape a 3 star in other countries. Cost of food was extortionate (simple meal by the pool was 3 times the price for an identical meal, 200 metres away on the beach!!). Prices in the hotel shop were unecessarily high - wine was twice the price of local shops) Some very poor, surly and unhelpful staff around the swimming pool. I doubt I would stay here again given the pricing. Revise the costs and I would return.

Peace and quiet and the quality of the food at Essence Restuarant which was superb. Management and staff were very good too.

To be honest as for my weekend break I have nothing to complain about. At the reception had a great welcome and very friendly, room was fantastic and very cosy, we set at the bar easy to talk and enjoy, dinner food was good and service was excellent and as for breakfast was not less because could'nt have space to taste everything. Above all all was special. Many thanks for our stay to all. Hope we can make it another time. ..... Esther.....

Excellent experience

An excellent hotel. Great staff, food, rooms, spa, services. Good little location and private beach away from all the noise but easy to get to other places on the island. Would definitely recommend people stay here.

Only downside was lack of drinking water in the room. We had to buy it which is not cheap in Malta.

High class hotel in a beautiful location, excellent service. Upgrade for our honeymonn stay was highly appreciated

Pool facilities including sauna and changing rooms were unavailable during our stay

This hotel was luxury .breakfast was very good.This hotel was so far from downtown so it is better to have free shuttle &more shuttle.time of outdoor swimming pool was not good.We prefer to swim after 6pm but it was not possible.

Excellent views, food and hotel. Spa isvery good as well

Crowded pools, noisy, locals occupying timeshare appartments lower the standards of the hotel environment and may make your holiday miserable.......they have no respect for other hotel residents and finish up almost owning the whole place!!....so if you're looking for a quiet relaxing hotel...think twice!!
