Chill air for air conditioning is supplied for a few hours each. Bed linen not changed each day and BBC world channel not available for whole week. |

The Ramala Bay Resort was managed very well. Even with the large number of guests staying there it flowed very easily. |

Location of hotel, size of room, view from sea view room, peace and quiet in room, good size bed. Being shown to a standard room with view of the hotel generator on arrival having booked a superior room with sea view and the reluctance of staff to remedy this and give us the room booked - not a pleasant start to our holiday. Restaurant and bar staff seemed overworked and stressed too. |

The Spa and the staff there----excellent.The Hotel itself was very pleasant and the Manager also --"on the ball" as are all Corkonians!!! I thought that the breakfast was of inferior quality.Dinner not much better The wedding reception was top class in every way --perhaps that was due to the organizers--the bride and groom . The Hotel Chefs can do it properly when its put up to them-- the food was marvelous! |

Location Ground floor bedrooms looking out at car park had no privacy. Cars were parked outside window. Need net curtain to give some degree of privacy when in bedroom. |
