L'atenció del personal, el buffet de l'esmorzar era molt correcte i tenir la platja a tant pocs metres (en un país on no hi ha tantes platges) ha estat molt bé. Com que totes les línies de busos passen per la Valletta, en aquest sentit potser queda una mica apartat (amb el bus 45 hi ha més o menys una hora fins a la Valletta) |

The whole experience was quite relaxed. The room was fine, the views excellent. The room was always very clean and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, excellent value for money. Some fittings in the room should be updated. |

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, expect the reception staff; they were OK. Breakfast took a long time, the system needs improving. |

Very good buffet breakfast. The hotel staff was very kind and service minded. The beach so close to the hotel. The lock to the luggage room was almost broken, as if a burglar had been there trying to break it up. The coffe at the breakfast was to weak . We were not allowed a late checkout. |

Excellent food. Friendly staff. Great Pool facility. Close to the beach Mattress cover on the beds. Noisy airconditioner. Lack of tea & coffe facilities included in the room. |

The hotel had a very good breakfast which included both hot and cold items unlike many which only have cold items. The staff was very nice and my room (terrace with seaview) was very large. The location is right across from the beach and many watersports. When I arrived, they told me that they did not have a room for me the first night and that they had arranged for me to stay at another hotel for one night. When I complained, they did upgrade my room. |

Most staff were friendly and helpful; The swimmimng pool area is nice, but pool too small. The breakfast room was always extremely crowded, too many people and not enough space; staff mostly inexperienced. The hotel description at booking did not say that guests have to use public beach and rent sun beds and umbrella; beach is very crowded. |

Breakfast was good with large choice.Staff helpfull and kind. Nice swimming pool. Very good location to travel all around the islands. The hôtel is along a main road, that you have to cross to go to the very busy beach |

Mostly quick and friendly service, except for some restaurants staff, was a realy pleasant stay thanks to the hotel, the beach is close (the beaches in Malta are a bit small), and it is in quite a nice spot in Malta. |

The Hotel staff were helpful but undermanned. I found nothing good about the actual hotel, except for the pool which was extremely crowded The whole experience was shabby. My first floor sea view (room number 182 who's sea view mostly obscured by a rather public roof terrace) was basic, with twin beds, air conditioning was controlled by the hotel from desk and was ineffective, there was a ceiling fan but this was extremely noisy. |

Reservamos una habitación de matrimonio. Al llegar era de dos camas. Despues de un rato decidieron que era verdad y que harian canvio de cama. Y lo que hicieron fue juntar las dos camas y colocar sabanas de matrimonio. Y evidentemente un desastre, pues las camas se separaban. |

Hotellihuone oli mitä luvattiin ja muutenkin kaikki oli hyvin organisoitua ja sujuvaa.Aamupalatarjoilu erittäin monipuolinen ja ravvitseva.Henkilökunta kohteliasta ja ystävällistä. Erikoiskiitos sille ystävälliselle vastaanoton tummalle nuorelle neidille, joka auttoi minua tietojen printtaamisessa netistä...(Aurinkoinen henkilö, jonka hymy olisi sulattanut jäävuorenkin ! ) Lämpimät kiitokset lomani onnistumisesta ... Ei mitään mainitsemisen arvoista, aion tulla siis toistekin , perheeni kanssa... |

Posizione decentrata ma comunque ottima per visitare l'isola, specialmente se dotati di auto. Ottima la colazione a buffet e i servizi dell'hotel, piacevole il pub (booling) adiacente. Spiaggia attrezzata appena attraversata la strada. Le camere fronte mare sono posizionate a nord quindi, almeno d'inverno, il sole non arriva e c'è umidità nelle camere. |

In primo luogo la posizione dell' albergo, la gentilezza dello staff, e la disponibiltà nel soddisfare le richieste. L' allestimento delle camere non all'altezza di un quattro stelle, la mancanza di un servizio di sicurezza notturno per tutelare i clienti contro le molestie notturne. |
