Very good buffet breakfast. The hotel staff was very kind and service minded. The beach so close to the hotel. The lock to the luggage room was almost broken, as if a burglar had been there trying to break it up. The coffe at the breakfast was to weak . We were not allowed a late checkout. |

Excellent food. Friendly staff. Great Pool facility. Close to the beach Mattress cover on the beds. Noisy airconditioner. Lack of tea & coffe facilities included in the room. |

The hotel had a very good breakfast which included both hot and cold items unlike many which only have cold items. The staff was very nice and my room (terrace with seaview) was very large. The location is right across from the beach and many watersports. When I arrived, they told me that they did not have a room for me the first night and that they had arranged for me to stay at another hotel for one night. When I complained, they did upgrade my room. |

Most staff were friendly and helpful; The swimmimng pool area is nice, but pool too small. The breakfast room was always extremely crowded, too many people and not enough space; staff mostly inexperienced. The hotel description at booking did not say that guests have to use public beach and rent sun beds and umbrella; beach is very crowded. |

Breakfast was good with large choice.Staff helpfull and kind. Nice swimming pool. Very good location to travel all around the islands. The hôtel is along a main road, that you have to cross to go to the very busy beach |

Mostly quick and friendly service, except for some restaurants staff, was a realy pleasant stay thanks to the hotel, the beach is close (the beaches in Malta are a bit small), and it is in quite a nice spot in Malta. |

The Hotel staff were helpful but undermanned. I found nothing good about the actual hotel, except for the pool which was extremely crowded The whole experience was shabby. My first floor sea view (room number 182 who's sea view mostly obscured by a rather public roof terrace) was basic, with twin beds, air conditioning was controlled by the hotel from desk and was ineffective, there was a ceiling fan but this was extremely noisy. |

Personnel accueillant et compétent .Petit déjeuner (buffets)trés copieux et trés variés.Diner (buffets) variés et recherchés changeant chaque soir avec une soirée à thème .Personnel du restaurant aux petits soins (pour retirer les assiettes ,couverts ,pour proposer les boissons) à l'écoute du client. L'animation à la piscine. Le calme relatif d'une fin de septembre A partir du 28/09 beaucoup moins de clients. Le changement d' horaires du restaurant est accompagné de la fermeture de buffets et les plats proposés sont moins variés. |

Hyvä ruoka aamiaisella ja päivällisellä. Monipuoliset harrastusmahdollisuudet ja riittävän tilava uima-allasalue, jossa jokaiselle halukkaalle riitti lepotuolit. Allas oli hyvän kokoinen ja sopiva jopa vesilentopalloon. Vapaa-ajan ohjaus toimi hyvin. Huono ilmanvaihto kylpyhuoneessa. Muuten kylpyhuone oli ihan asiallinen. |

El servicio es inmejorable. Gracias por el trato recibido y sobre todo tener una persona de habla en castellano ha sido muy útil. El horario abierto del desayuno para nosotras el último día, dado que no nos daba tiempo de asistir al horario habitual por motivos del vuelo. La ubicación por tener justo enfrente una de las mejores playas de Malta (Mellieha) de arena blanca, una gozada.. En España no se catalogaría como 4 estrellas, sería un 3 estrellas pero muy limpio y muy confortable. La ubicación para salir por la noche ( no había mucho ambiente en la zona). |

Ho sicuramente apprezzato la gentilezza del personale, la cena a buffet e la tranquillità del posto. Inoltre la spiaggia è veramente a 10 metri dall'albergo. La cosa che principalmente mi ha dato fastidio è stata la presenza di mosche nella sala da pranzo. |
