Location of hotel was main factor. Room quality was consistent with what you pay is what you get !

Hotel reception staff were not helpful or co-operative regards telephone usage & air port transfers.Safe deposit boxes, TV access was not given until requested & then element of doubt as to entitlement.

Clean hotel

We took sea view, it was very noisy during all day and almost all night beacuse right before the sea there is big road. Breakfast is of not very good quality

Excellent value for money, good location, the room was cleaned daily, friendly and helpful staff, spectacular seaview, quiet area, good size room, specious terrace with chairs/table

The water pressure of the shower was quite weak which means you can't really have a quick shower; toilet flush didn't work very well; only twin beds available, no double beds which makes it a bit difficult for couples but it seems almost all hotels in Malta have this problem.

Serviceminded staff, they found another room for me when I complained that it was too noisy in my room; Excellent location - the hotel is situated close to both beaches, shops, banks etc.

The breakfast was too poor: cheese, sausage and cornflakes - that's all! It should be possible to have some warm meals. I missed a fridge in the room.

breakfast - why to they pass off orange and lemon cordial as juice? Juice is cheap on Malta.

Hotel is excellent in all aspects i arrived at 05:00 staff were prepared for this and room key was waiting at eception desk. I extended my stay staff were very helpful.

No variety in Breakfast. Some Maltese Biscuits would have been nice

the hotel is situated in the best area for shopping, the beautiful corniche, bus station, and the cafés restaurant

the room and bath room wasen't that clean, one of the beds was browken, and the flush wasen't easy to use.it could be a good option for young people travelling in a group, with a small budget.

In genere la cortesia del personale, la comodità e la vicinanza dei trasporti pubblici e dei noleggi autovetture. Inoltre, il buon ristorante, la capacità di comunicazione anche con gli italiani che testardamente non intendono parlare in inglese (come me)... e la coretsia dei maltesi tutti.

E' un problema notato in altri luoghi, non di rado la vaschetta dello sciacquone funziona male. Dev'essere migliorata la maniera di rifare il letto. Non sarebbe male che la portineria disponesse di un numero adeguato di francobolli. Capita di acquistare le cartoline al di fuori dell'hotel, di non trovarli e ciò diviene un grande problema poiché solo gli uffici postali li vendono.
