Hotel rooms and WiFi

I abhor the sleazy tatics of the timeshare sales people who are working within the hotel ----they invite you (by a letter left in room )to a welcome meeting under the guise of showing the hotel facilities but fail to tell you that they are selling timeshare .after spending an hour with a young lady who said she was employed by the hotel we were then passed to another who again started questioning. At this stage ibecame suspicious of motive and asked if they were selling timeshare which she admitted .promptly left the welcome meeting feeling disgusted

The location is great for a relaxing holiday, activities are fairly far but buses are easy and cheap and even some of them pick you up and leave you back at the hotel (cruises, island tours,etc.). The pool is beautiful with sea view and not too crowded even if we stayed in high season. Room was clean and comfortable with great air con, but view on a wall from the balcony. Friendly staff at reception.

The cafe in the lobby was not great, service was very poor and food not very nice, we only ate there once.The spa was awful, terrible service, treatments unprofessional and shorter than advertised, I would recommend the hotel, but dont book any treatment in their spa!!!

we liked the service and the hotel was clean.it was on the bus stop the breakfast and the dinner were very good

the fact that they put schools and the rest of the custemers toogether witch ment that nobody could get any sleep the room had a(1)hitch door that saparated the rooms whitch mant that we can hear them like they wher in our room and their tv

the pool was a bit cold and so was the water in the bathroom

Fräscha rum. Bra läge, på huvudgatan i Mileha med ett flertal bra restauranger i närheten och ca 15 min promenad till stranden. Verkligen prisvärt (vi betalade ca 35€ per natt för hela familjen!).

Vi hade rum i annexet, vilket innebar en lång och krånglig väg att ta sig in/ut. Inomhuspoolen var inte så bra skött, då tex jaccuzin var ur funktion. Omklädningsrummen vid poolerna var lite ofrächa. Minus för att utomhuspoolen inte var uppvärmd. Kanske inte världens roligaste frukostbuffe'.

hubo una gotera en la habitacion y nos cambiaron a otra habitacion peor teniendo mejores, se nos mojo la ropa y no supieron como reaccionar, como consolacion nos ofrecieron una bebida, creo que no es suficiente, ya que dos dias despues he llegado a casa con la ropa y zapatillas mojadas y apestando del edor

Marmellate, Miele e Yogurt in grandi ciotole, mentre sarebbe stato meglio confezionate singolarmente per una questione di igiene. Ruderi di Palazzi e Pulizia intorno all' Hotel. Asciugamani non sempre cambiati.

La camera è molto spaziosa. L'hotel è centrale, in pochi minuti di autobus o auto si raggiungono quasi tutte le località di maggior interesse. 10 e lode alla macchinetta per fare le cialde dolci a colazione.

Forse potrebbero migliorare la pulizia delle camere che comunque è accettabile.
