Excellent response by telephone when asked to rectify and accommodate me over my mix up over arrival date even though it was a special rate booking. The front office staff in particular were very polite. Room to my mind was excellent with first class shower etc and very comfortable when compared to a number of Malta 4* hotels. I would have liked more time to experience what appeared to be very good value flambe dishes. Can't comment on your other clients reviews as I don't remember them. |

The people and service was fine The twin beds need to be replaced as they are very uncomfortable and designed for children. It would also help if a double bed is provided as requested when placing a reservation. |

The mattress on the bed was wafer thin, the pillows too thick and hard to sleep on. Very unconfortable nights sleep for a week. TV didn't work although we asked for it to be fixed. No hot water after 10am. |

We liked the location. We had fresh towels every day during our stay. Was very chaotic at reception desk when we arrived. Staff did not appear to have the time to deal with you. Did not like area to the Restaurant and lounge. Found it was poorly lit in parts and also smelt very musty from the carpetted area in the lounge. Information booklet in guests bedrooms about your hotel would be most helpful. |

It has 3 swimmingpools. The hotel is maximum 3 star hotel. Some of the room aren't better than 2 star rooms. The breakfast was the same all the mornings. (i eat eggs and ham all 7 mornings). The dinner was better... they have 3 or 4 types of hot meal. |

Clean, comfortable bedroom with daily maid service and clean towels daily. Air conditioning was very welcome. Very small roof top pool area with inadequate supply of sun loungers.Corridors and lounge area very dark and could hardly meet health and safety standards.Disorganised chaos in dining room at breakfast time with some foods from dinner on the previous evening being served. Large lounge area smelly possibly due to stale carpets. No chilled drinks/ice available in downstairs bar! |

Reception phone was answered promptly and Alex hotel Manager was courteous and made personal enquiry. Reception counter staff took long time to answer your queries at the counter. Internet access was doggy and Food was mediocre. Not 4 star , 3 star status at the most. |

in his hotel nothing will leave you a good souvenir !!! the housekeeping isn't well done, the room is old furnished and very bad smells every where, the breakfast is like an industrial food and served in a dark room, the global level of this hotel is no more than a 2 small stars. forget this address !!! |

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was suitable for us and all the other elderly-50++ people´, and the entertaiment as well every evening.. Funiture and roms need a real fresh up.Standard is closer to 3-star hotel than 4 star. Air condision didn´t work properly, and was out of order several days ( is was very hot during our stay.Informationscatalog wasn´t up to date. The a la carte-restaurang was closed. Disturbing constucting work outside the hotel starting early mornings. |

We did like the hotel and most of the staff. The atmosphere was friendly Yes, Jodeph tried to embarrass us by saying our Credit card was being rejected even though it said pin OK. Our Bank said that the card was OK. We tried the Hole in the wall-cash came instanly-but not good enough for Joseph-he insisted on Cash. We are retired and World travellers, money is never an issue for us and Joseph caused us a lot of unnecessary worry. |

The clelliness of the room, the breakfast was adequate for the money paid, and the spa is very nice and it is comparable to five star hotels. The thing that you have to buy the pool towel otherwise you don't have one. If the hotel needs to control the pool towels, there should be a charge for the towel and once the guest returns it he gets the deposit back otherwise the guest looses the deposit. |

The food was ok without being exceptional. Lots. Service was awful. The bar had no draught beers from 6pm one evening. (cans only) I was placed in an apartment which smelled , could not be locked and was far too big for me. I asked for a kettle on five occasions only to be given one the day before I checked out. The light outside the apartment did not work and at night I could only see by using a cigarette lighter. |

The price The breakfast was awful, this could be cultural clash between our taste and the hotels obvious british profile. There was a constant smell of mildew both in the rooms and in the corridor and the hotel didnt feel that fresh. This is something me and my girlfriend could live with but the worst thing was the area around the hotel. Qawra and Bugibba is not a charming area at all. |

Near the sea and not far from shops. The hotel made a mistake with the billing. I was billed 74 euros instead of 37. I've sent the hotel an e-mail but so far no reply. The hotel is more like a 2 or 3 star than a 4 star. Also the outside swimming pool didn't contain any water and seemed to be under renovation. |

The indoor pool, as I have recently had a back operation, and some friends of ours from reland stayed there and commented on the availability of an heated indoor pool. Food plentiful, fresh and hot where required Air conditioning (but I am a naturally cold person, hate the heat) Advertised tea making facilities in each room,. but turns out only available for first day, then you have to supply yourself. Rooms we had we a little on the cramped side |

After reading some reviews before our holiday, we were a bit apprehensive about what we were going to. i think some of the people who wrote the reviews must have been to another hotel! We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was a fair size and we were lucky in that we had a fridge and a small kitchen area in the room. ideal for keeping drinks cool and making tea in the morning. |

We liked the general efficiancy and despite the large number of guests we did not feel "cramped" and there always seemed to be areas that were tranquil. |
