My third floor double room was comfortable, a nice balcony, well appointed in good order and kept very clean. Heating and ventilation was easily controlled and quiet. The hotel area was generally quiet, while overlooking the street was not the best view that was not a problem.General services provided were efficient and breakfast in the dining room was of a good variety and well prepared. Sauna and indoor pool services were comfortable and clean, I would rate the Soreda as good value for money in Malta. Points of notice, not major, some of the room appointments could benefit from minor maintenance, eg. Tighten up bath wall mounted fittings. In addition, no shelves for personal toilet articles, nor hooks for clothing items.

Hotel was a great location about ten minutes walking tops from the main bus terminl. Easy to get around and everyone is so helpful and nice. Breakfast was good for a buffet. Nice hotel but everyone should know that it is for the over forty crowd. My friend and I stayed there and we were the youngest people the hotel may have ever seen.

I stayed in room 125 and had a very nice plesent chambermaid , young dark girl , always smiling .. I had 2 breakfasts in 8 days , I had complimentery dinner for 1 night , went to look at dinner and left my stomach churning .. yuk ! The gentleman on reception did'nt have a clue how to open the remote control garage gates !! I have lived in Malta a few years ago , and visited many times since , I would never recommend your hotel , doors and windows didn't shut properly , so lots of noise , so no siestas :-( Bugibba was never that noisey ....

Apart from the price, Soreda Hotel was bursting with people and activity. It was a place where you did not have to whisper to speak and just relax as a family. Unfortunately the games room was a little poor since the billiards were all out of order but we did manage to pass some time playing table soccer and darts (which also needs a bit of repair).

We came to meet parents and their friends on a Mercury package. We travelled from Gozo to have a one nnight's break. We had a delicious dinner with lots of choice [Maltese night] and a superb breakfast with lots of choice.Hurt by the cost of beers! As we were hald board not AIl Inc like most guests. loved the spacious fantastic suite which was extremely generous for a one night stay. It had a kitchen and separate bedroom situtated at the rear of the hotel but on the top floor...not great views but in 30 secs one was on the roof with panoramic views where lovely pools are situated and reclining chairs to sunbathe. The twin beds were comfy.Pillows fair. Warm rooms and lots of hot water to luxuriate in the bath ... a sit was cold in late .February! Lifts were quick and there were about 3 /4 below ground floor was a labyrinth of rooms/floors... with a huge well equipped excellent gymn...a spacious indoor warm pool, jaccuzzi and separate male/female saunas ...unused by us as busy catching up with relatives! Excellent value for money. Thank you to the staff of Soreda Hotel. The bar and restaurant were pleasant but the lack of windows and views wasa pity. The underground car-park cut deep into the bowels of the earth...sadly we reversed our car into a concrete pillar. Better lighting wuld have helped! Staff were patient friendly polite and caring. excellent. I am pleased I stayed there. lack of sea views.. it's in one street parrallel to the sea promenade [which is a great walk] though only 2 mins walk to the rocky sea shore a dark feeling as o many windows in the bar/restaurant Though a lovely though small for the number of guests piano room facing the street with large windows and a similarly airy light library to get away from the crowds Pity a swith all roof top hotels, facilities feel cramped

- Food: I had Half Board - breakfasts and dinners were reach & perfect (smorgasbord). - Entertainment: live music + dancing at the evening. - Air conditioner heats up quickly, but heating is switched off at the day time. - During my stay there was a Russian speaking receptionist. - The electrical outlets: I could't use my electrical devices (eurostandard) without electrical adapters. Although they are available at the reception on bail. - Strong draughts: winter wind in Malta is really strong and window gapping produces noise and draughts. - It should be noted that most of hotel visitors in winter are British pensioners and entertainment program is aimed at them.

Price and location It always appeared dark in the dining room and other social areas. The room was good but the hotel is looking tired. The clientele are of the older variety some using the hotel as a long term winter retreat. To a group of younger persons on a diving holiday it was like being in a retirement home.

We loved the room, large and spacious and also very clean. Also the price paid was very good. The staff at the restaurant were loud and rude and talking badly about other patrons in the native tongue , totally unaware that one of us is actually Maltese. Some of the same staff were dressed up scruffily and not even wearing name tags. The breakfast was inedible, soggy and both of us left it on the plate, the staff picked it up and not even bothered to ask us if anything was wrong, when clearly in a 4star hotel you would expect the courtesy of inquiring on your patrons satisfaction. The room was excellently cleaned however the hotel supplied coffee and sugar only on the first night and were not replaced thereafter.

Brilliant hotel with a lovely rooftop pool and sundeck. Buffet breakfast is massive and if your into being entertained, they have stuff on every night. We were there for diving so were pretty much in and out to eat and sleep. The hotel us a buzzing hive of activity in october but we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the odd rock hard pillows which I couldn't use.

Rapporto prezzo prestazioni ottimo.
