Excellent value for money but 3 star and not 4. Good salt water swimming pool and sea front location. Room and bed not that comfortable. |

The location of the hotel was great,pool area great and general look of hotel good. room we stayed in looking a bit dated but still okay. |

pool area is lovely the lifts never seem to work, no record of our booking could be found, while there a big parasol broke landing next to my lounger missing seriousl injuring me by millimitres and when i informed one of the waitressing staff she replied that shes gonna let someone know. I overheard her tell a collegue of hers who told her, its nothing to do with us,we just deal with our part leave it to the others. when we went to use the indoor pool the whole place is a complete shambles, as if its just left to rot. I'm utterly dissapointed as I expected the Suncrest to be of much higher standards than that. |

Location-on the seaside and naer to the bus station. By the reservation there was no information that the economy room is without balcony and a connected room-very noisy!!! Even after our complaint by the manager on duty nothing was done:( Safe should be included in room price (4* hotel?!). |

Friendly staff and it's on the ocean. No air conditioning, a noisy fan with only one setting and too noisy outside to leave the door open until early morning. This, coupled with cardboard pillows made it hard to sleep. The room also had a bar fridge that was not capable of cooling anything down (it was set at 15 degrees...) |

Lo único bueno del hotel es la piscina y por la tarde, esta llena de gente jugando. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. El baño estaba muy sucio. Dijimos que subieran a limpiarlo y nos dijeron que estaba así porque era antiguo. Por supuesto, le dijimos que para los españoles, eso era estar sucio, no viejo. No se molestan en hacerse entender. O sabes muy bien inglés, o te las tienes que apañar como buenamente puedas. Dos días tuvimos que pedir gel y champú porque no nos lo dejaban en la habitación y un día tuvimos que pedir toallas porque tampoco las dejaron. Es un 4 estrellas, pero en españa equivale a un hostal o pensión si no fuera por la piscina e instalaciones. |

La gentilazza del personale e la posizione strategica dell'hotel, vicino alla stazione bus e alle più belle spiagge dell'isola, lontana dal caos. La pulizia, il cibo ed il personale del bar in piscina. |
