The staff, Air con is really good, the pool on the roof was excellent and it was in a brilliant location with the bus station very close. Cleaners could have done a better job one day we had 1 towel. |

There wasn t much to like, honestly.The rooftop pool is nice with a pleasant view and there s a nice view from the restaurant, but THAT S IT !!! Thank God we slept there only 5 nights! Only a small part of rooms have a view, more precisely street view. The rest of rooms have either "wall view", or "inside view".We got an "inside room"and it was the worst hotel room ever.It s hard to describe how terrible it was.We had view into something that reminds a green house,a thin tunnel closed on the roof, no fresh air at all and very dark.Just bad |

The staff at the restaurant was friendly. There was enough food at the breakfast. There wasn't a long walk to the nearest bus stop and there were free timetables at the hotel. Our sheets were not changed every time, the bed wasn't comfortable and it was very weak, our door key cards stopped working during our stay without no reason and the staff didn't even say they are sorry, the receptionist ignored all customers if they didn't speak straight towards her. |

gentilizza dello staff, per il prezzo e servizi offerti è più che sufficiente e adatto ad una clientela senza grosse aspettative e pretese, la camera è spaziosa e situato in posizione abbastanza centrale. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene e lo consiglio la posizione dell'hotel non corrisponde con la mappa, praticamente dalla parte opposta, il bagno in camera vecchio e non certo all'altezza di un 4stelle. minipiscina e jacuzzi interna non utilizzabile |

Bis auf eine Angestellte, freundliches Personal. Hier ist insbesondere der Barkeeper am Pool lobend zu erwähnen Es könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück herrschen (mal eine andere Wurst, mal ein anderer Joghurt, an der Qualität des Kaffees und der Säfte könnte man sicher Verbesserungen herbeiführen) Die Sanitäreinrichtungen auf den Zimmern. Hier denke ich aber ist der Landesstandard zu berücksichtigen und man sollte da nicht so empfindlich sein. Viele Leute sind hier denke ich mal zu verwöhnt. |

Zimmer immer sauber Bad, schlechter Zustand, Toilette defekt bzw. keine Spülung möglich; Fernseher defekt bzw. Gehäuse offen!!!! Nicht immer genügend Handtücher vorhanden, wurden einfach vergessen. |

La posizione tranquilla, anche se un pò troppo isolata dal centro, la stanza spaziosa, la cortesia dello staff. Per essere un 4 stelle il bagno lasciava molto a desiderare, piccolo, con doccia antiquata, lavabo miniscolo e mancanza di appoggi. La reale posizione dell'albergo, in perifieria interna di Bugibba, non è quellla indicata sul vostro sito, lungomare zona Qawra Point. L'albergo mi ha comunicato di avere problemi con i pagamenti con carta di credito, ho dovuto pagare cash. |
