Easy (early) access to room and quality of the furnishings in the bedroom. But we were only there one night in transit. No. We were impressed with the whole concept and, obviously, a lot of thought and money had gone into the hotel. |

The TemptAsian restauarant - great food with a fabulous view. And the pools and sun terraces. Good position for exploring the island. The really noisy air conditioning/ extractors which kept us awake even when our room air conditioning was turned off. The price of breakfast! And the very poor TV reception. |

The staff. The internet in the lobby at no additional cost. The location between Tower Road and the Sleima ferry and bus station. The breakfast buffet, which I did not buy but checked out, was not worth what they were charging. I would not recommend that anyone buy this unless on a business expense account. |

the location in itself (inserted in a local district), the quietness of the place and the reliability of the staff poor the items we found for the morning coffee in our room (we are early risers in the morning) and while showering, smoking and getting ready we expected a bit bit more. |

We got a room with a lot of problems: no sidebed light, bathroom door broken, wc linking water and hanger for towel broken, dust all over and one morning no hot water. We said all this at the reception and the day after they changed us the room. The new room - somebody came with us - was OK, but as we decide to take a shower there were no towels! |

It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. The Staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was well designed and organised. Internet access was beneficial. |

The room was spacious; the bed was very comfortable The sound-isolation was very poor - we heard all the noises through the night and early morning. One of the mornings there was no water on our floor (never-ever had such an experience even in the 2 stars hotels!); another evening the TV was not working... And never an apology from the personnel for the inconveniences... |

The room was very nice and clean. Our view was amazing. Staff was friendly, even with my young daughter. 8th floor room below the restaurant/club was very noisy all night, moving furniture and clicking shoes. Staff knew those rooms were noisy (asked about it at checkout), hotel wasn't full, so not sure why they put us there. Should have asked to move, but didn't. Pool extremely small and closed very early (8:00). Expensive breakfast. |

We had a high floor room which meant a fantastic view over the city from our balcony. The Asian restaurant at the hotel tried to serve our food too quickly and one of our party suffered food poisoning |

The roof top terrace and restaurant and the gym. As regular 5 star hotel users we were disappointed in the level of service, not quite 5*. |

really friendly staff, food was excellent (the food was the best in the area, you don't have to go outside the hotel to eat because you will probably be a little disappointed in Sliema), the room was modern and large, the beds were really comfortable....It is the best hotel in the area and it's certainly value for its price.. the cleanliness of the room.. overall it was o.k, the towels were changed every day, the beds were made every day but if i have to give one negative point it would mainly be the cleanliness of the floors f.ex... |

I thought the hotel facilities were very good and clean and all the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and professional in appearance. Excellent hotel in particular the pool on the 9th floor overlooking the sea. Food was excellent also - Well done - I hope to visit again in the future. |
