Yeni, temiz bir otel. Odamız gayet geniş ve ferahdı. Havuzlar ve Spa yeterliydi. Concierge'den yeterli destek alamadık. Minibar'da bir küçük su şişesine 4.90 € ödemek bizi otelden soğuttu (Hatta su Türk markası Hayat'tı. Burada 0.25 € satılan su korkunç pahalı geldi)

Lokantayı iyileştirmeleri ve recepsiyon'a daha deneyimli eleman almaları lazım.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the island with the added convenience of a spa,infinity pool, 2 restaurants and an indoor pool.

Close to ferry, bus terminus andtouristic buses and cruises.Own taxi service available. Very large beds, plenty of cosmetics, towels and slippers, soft bed sheets and large terrace.

We were charge for minibar items wich we had never consumed. Each morning the cleaninig lady came at the door at 8:30 - 9:00, knocked heavily on the door and shouted and the room was not provided with any label "don't disturb". So we woke up early every morning.. The visible part of the alarn system in the corner of the ceiling blinked with the terrible red light responding to every little movement all night long..

The pool, the view and Sliema

Its a very good 4 star but not a 5 star hotel. Having said that we paid 70 euros a night for 15 days so no complaints at all...

Big comfy beds! We slept very well. The TV was new. The room was well furnished and decorated nicely. Staff was very helpful with booking restaurants and suggesting things to do.

The shower was leaking horribly. Everytime a shower was taken the floor became completely wet. The rooms that do not have a view outside are very dark. No natural sunlight to wake you up in the morning. If you can, it would probably be better to pick a room with a view outside but to others it may not be a big deal.

Good position, good room, easy check in and out. Good Gym and Spa facilities. Maids cleaned at times to suit. Would recommend asking for exactly what you want when booking. I asked for a sea view and balcony and the room was much better than I expected, I may even have been upgraded without being told.

Only the noise of scraping furniture from rooms and restaurant presumably above, could ask the cleaning staff to think about this early morning and late night. Be aware that on arrival we were offered a discounted breakfast deal as we had not already booked it. i.e. 12.50 for breakfast if taken over 3 consecutive days instead of about 18.00,

The hotel room's size was good, as well as plasma TV, pillows, bathrobe and slippers

Service was appalling. They argue and were not cooperative when issues arised. They did not communicate with each other. Front front desk to waiters, cleaners, bell boy...On the swimmingpool, the mattresses on the lounges were all dirty and ripped.

The carpets in the common areas were very dirty in places. At 18 euros the breakfast is far too expensive.

Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. The staff very friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was very good.

Just little things like no where to hang your towels in the bathroom. No tissues in the bathroom. No draws for your clothes. Nothing major.

The room and staff excellent. The Temptasian restaurant is wonderful.

Breakfast - not to the standard of the hotel. Very poor. Too many problems to descibe.

The location was perfect. The facilitie of the hotel and the modern look. The room sizes were great.

The cleaners would knock on the door and enter imidiately not allowing us to get to the door. This felt a little rude and ivasive

Whatever direction you walk you are at the waterside within five minutes. Relaxing view of the sea from the balcony in the room. Pleasant restaurant/bar staff. Food magnificent: lots of interesting choices including local specialities.

Some of the staff are not yet up to 5-star standards of training: there is a tendency to refer you to someone else instead of dealing with the request. The coupon system for gaining access to the internet facility is outdated and inefficient: this could be recorded and billed automatically.
