Helpfull and friendly staff, location of the hotel, nice car parking possibility The spa area of the hotel was very poor, one small whirpool for 5* hotel is absolutely not sufficient, relatively remote restaurant |

Luxury hotel in a good location, but main restaurant is more 3star than 5 star.Buffet served most evenings is not what you would expect and needs improving. |

The location was great, a short stroll into St Juliens, and great views of teh coast line. Good breakfast downstairs. Our room smelt, when reported housekeeping came and sprayed some air freshener which covered the smell for 15 minutes. Bathroom amenities were lacking (we had to ask for soap). Breakfast in the executive lounge was poor. Access to the Gym through the lobby doesn't suit the luxury theme of the hotel. Overall very disappointing considering it is supposedly one the top 5 star hotels in the country.I would not pay to stay here again. |

The hotel has a private beach that is quite important in Malta as the seaside is quite rocky. The room with its seaview balcony was wonderful, breakfast excellent |

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff is first class. The food in both their fish restaurant and lounge bar is excellent. We particularly enjoyed the facilities in the Executive Club lounge. |

Five Stars is too little ! 1. Breakfast excellent. 2. We upgarded to Bay Suite, which was roomy, two-bathroom and well worth the upgrade fee. 3. Pool areas very nice. 4. We teated only The Terrace buffet: excellent 5. Personnel very helpful and every request was obeyed. Some renovations done/needed. Pricy bars. |

Staff were superb, especially George the Concierge. Too many sun loungers, felt a bit too close together. |

view in fantastic, one of the best in Malta. Massage was fantastic. Facilities like heated whirl-pool, swimming pools (specially one with sea water), sauna and steam room are top flight. Breakfast and aperitif in the Executive Lounge (with that sea view) were unforgettable. No slippers provided :) Shower good but not usual Westin level |

Staff were great. Particularly Pam in the Executive Lounge. Our 2 cleaning ladies were great also. One was called Lily. The room was lovely. |

Not only was there access to sea swim but there was a sea water long pool away from the main area of the resort. The fact that children were able to use inflatables in the seawater pool. |

Good quality bedroom, good size for a family and comfortable beds. Restaurant facilities available at the hotel as well as in the town, in easy walking distance.Concierge very helpful and friendly. Few facilities for children 8 - 16 yrs old, apart from the swimming pools. There is a kids club ideal for small children but this didn't seem to be well used. Cleanliness of the poolside and bar areas could be better. Prices for breakfast and drinks in the bar were excessive encouraging guests to venture out of the hotel for these. |
