Det var et bra hotell og kort vei til butikker og kafeer. Det var for varmt på rommet. Antakeligvis noe galt med aircondition, men vi klagde ikke. |

Bed cover was not clean. Room was not stocked with amenities upon arrival. Instructions regarding freezing food was completely disregarded. |

Some staff were excellent. Pools were very good and room service was very prompt. Kids entertainers at the reef pool were excellent. Need of refurbishment in certain areas, poor speed of servcing the bedroom, pool area showers showing signs of water damage, wooden boards surrounding jacuzzi in indoor pool area very mouldy, no response by team to guest fall (I witnessed a spillage not cleared up by breakfast team which resulted in an accident) poor level of guest service from some team members. |

the area and the Padi diving centre room service too slow, i asked for ice they never sent it. i had a guest and had to pay 14 Euros to use the beach. food service was too slow. and at night the air conditioning was off in the lobby. |

Great location, fantastic views and excellent facilities. Good value for a family of four. Maybe the hotel could install a sea net to keep out the stinging jellyfish in the ocean pools. We couldn't swim in the sea in the 4 days we were there because of jellyfish |

E30 deposit for a kettle in the room...ridiculous, many 3 star hotels provide this free of charge. Staff were polished but there was no warmth. (except the concierge , he seemed genuine) |

The staff were outstanding. They helped us when we arrived at the hotel as the booking had not been received from Booking.com. We were upgraded and after that, I had problems with a tour company and your staff were again outstanding. I would like to recommend Julian & Malcolm from the front desk. Their customer service is to be commended. No, I would also like to make note of the bar staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful. |

Big room, good beds. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, and this for a 5 star hotel... I could hear people in the other room when I was in the bathroom. Breakfast could be better, eg more fresh fruit instead of canned fruit |
