Overpriced and bad service. A good 3 stars or lower 4 stars.

It's one of the best hotels I have ever experienced! Stuff are very friendly and helpful! The beach is soo clean and beautiful! Food is really delicious! I have booked the semi-boarded pachakge, really good! Sweet memories here! 这是我住过的五星级酒店里服务和环境最好的一家！美丽的沙滩，友好的员工，完美的设施！去了鹿岛和其他的小- 岛，感觉都比不上这里的白沙滩！非常庆幸我的蜜月旅行选在了这里，有机会一定再来这里！

The bed is a little bit soft for me, but still a wonderful hotel!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The beach and the area around te hotel are very nice. We were also impressed and very pleased by the fact the hotel approved to allow us to benefit from a better rate (which was advertised after we confirmed and paid our booking). Booking.com was kind enough to support our request. Thank you both!

Минусы: 1. Холодный бассеин (могли бы и подогревать) 2. Еда так себе (только один раз давали сорепродукты - все остальные дни было не вкусно) 3. Море огорожено буйками - плавать невозможно вовсе, мелко очень

Super bediening, je krijgt niet eens de kans om zelf iets te doen, alles wordt je uit handen genomen. Excursies e.d. worden tot in de puntjes geregeld, restaurants buiten het resort kunnen ook geregeld worden door het hotel. Vriendelijkheid ten top!!

Er zijn twee zaken (buiten het hotel om, want dat is werkelijk perfect), die wat mij betreft in het oog springen. a) de aanhoudende verkopers op het strand, dag in dag uit. b) Ik ben wel gewend om links te rijden maar wanneer je zelf beslist een auto te huren is het zaak bijzonder goed op te letten!! Het lijkt wel of niemand hier een rijbewijs heeft, men haalt in vlak voor onoverzichtelijke bochten op hellingen, bussen komen als een razende voorbij al claxonerend,honden, apen, mensen (hele gezinnen) lopen op de snelweg of steken zomaar over, in de dorpen is dat nog veel erger. Toch wil ik ook hier duidelijk vermelden dat ik mij op geen enkel moment bedreigd of geintimideerd heb gevoeld buiten het resort. Hoe dat zou uitpakken wanneer je iets of iemand zou aanrijden is mij gelukkig niet bekend, men is er wel erg emotioneel in het uiten van emoties.

可以留下美好记忆的度假胜地，各方面都很不错，除了离市区远了点，住在这里连鹿岛都可以不用去了~非常棒！- PS：现在还有中文喔

Es war das schönste Hotel das ich je gesehen habe! Mit seinen ganz speziellen Aufmerksamkeiten einfach unglaublich!

لم يعجبني بعد الفندق عن العاصمة، يوجد في االاستقبال موظفون من عدة بلدان من الانجليزي والفرنسي والروسي والصيني لخجمة ابناء بلدانهم اما غيرهم فسوف يكون نصيبه الاهمال عدم قيام المنتجع بجولة للمدينة المجاورة ولو بمقابل زبدة الامر المنتجع يخدم غير الجالية العربية

The surroundings were beautiful. Lovely beaches, clean sea, attractive pools and good sized accommodation overlooking the sea and pools, if a little passé in their decor. Staff bent over backwards to help us and were always pleasant and smiling. We had 3 drivers during our stay and they were all wonderful, giving us loads of interesting information about the island and stopping off to check out beauty spots and take the odd photo at our request.

The food was terrible. Choice was limited but always consisted of the same old mild curry and pasta dishes which were also mainly limited to tomato and one other sauce. Deserts were also very dull with most being actually cake and muffins rather than true deserts. We were even served the same lack lustre variety of "deserts" as afternoon tea, with the sole addition of a scone with cream and jam. We naturally brought this to the attention of the manager and I met the cook, who explained that the lack of deserts was due to the lack of refrigeration, which will be updated in a months time. After the discussion, the cook and restaurant staff took great care of us and offered us any a la carte option they could make. They even made us a special lasagna and risotto when we asked. However, this did not put right the main problem, which was the lack of 5 star quality in the food generally. We feel this is a problem with the management and the head chef, rather than the rest of the staff, who were smiley and very pleasant. The weather was too cold in this period to go into the unheated pool, which though beautiful, was almost always empty, even of children. Water sports activities were also hard to partake of due to the cold weather. We asked to be moved to the Lux La Morne on the other side of the island where it was warmer and having had lunch there one day, the food seemed better. We paid a surplus for this but a free transfer was provided and the driver was very informative and pleasant. We arrived at Lux La Morne which is like a paradise in it's surroundings. The accommodation in our Ocean view suite was beautiful even though it was half the size of that in Belle Mare. We looked straight onto the ocean after a grassy glade. Staff were again wonderful, but sadly, the food offered was still very poor. We waited 45 minutes in the bar for a club sandwich.

La qualité des prestations : service avec un personnel très agréable et professionnel ; nettoyage des chambres irréprochable ; petit déjeuner et repas variés et copieux ; service d'accueil et d'information efficace et rapide La volumétrie de l'hôtel offrant des perspectives visuelles et un grand sentiment de tranquilité. La beauté des espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus Un linéaire de plage assez grand et de nombreux transats, également présents autour d'une magestieuse piscine Des nombreuses activités ludiques en journée et une animation des soirées qui ne perturbe pas le sommeil des clients compte tenu du retrait des chambres et de l'espace bar et restaurant. Un spa que l'on n'a pu apprécier tellement l'envie d'être à l'extérieur est grande. Egalement un merci à un jeune couple mauricien (Rousseau pour ne pas le nommer), d'une grande gentillesse et d'une simplicité, qui nous a recommandé l'hôtel et qui nous a très bien conseillé sur les merveilleux endroits de l'île à visiter.
