Good location - on the beach. See view for the whole rooms. Meal is good.

Very expensive meals and beverages. Not value for money.

rooms have seen better days: furniture is damaged, toilet in bathroom leaking, shower cabin covered with limescale, woke up with large spider on the bed, staff is untidy and careless with clients, food is very average, wine list is poor. This hotel is abyssally below usual Le Meridien standards. As a single traveller, I felt treated as a second class client. I cut my stay short after a couple of days as it was unbearable.

Employees are friendly and try to give a good service, which, more often than not is amateurish at best. A few employees do however set themselves apart and are an asset to the hotel.

Mostly amateurish service, food (in all of the hotel's restaurants) leaves a lot to be desired, quite often being bland. Would only recommend this hotel if the price is right - definitely not at the normal price!

Nirvana area, placed aside, is racommanded for couple because of the quietness: no people under 12 year old is alloved! Breakfast is wonderful and rich.

Unfortunately the see has rocks and corals so it is not raccomanded to swim. Wi-fi connection is not available everywhere. Beverages, if not included, are expensive (one bottle of water is about 4 euro). ...But everything else is really good!

The Nirvana club is a good choice when you travel without kids: it was quiet, the infinite pool was excellent and the beach was also correct. There is a coral reef and we were able to snorkel. We were satisfied with see view room on the ground floor but the air in the room was very wet The staff was friendly and speaking English.

There are different restaurants in the hotel: the self service 180 degree was below the average. If you want to get better quality you should reserve a table in advance in other restaurants. There where mosquito in the room but there was no "anti mosquito equipment"...

Location

As they refused to give me early check-in on 12th August I had to book the room 1 day on advance I.E. from 11th August , eventhough my flight was to reach by 0845. But after we reached the hotel they told us that the room is not ready and tried to send us to another hotel. After lot of arguments they gave a room at 1 p m , after keepimg us in wait for more than 2.5 hrs.Also the commode was leaking and even after asking them to repair it nobody did anyjthing and as a result the toilet was constantly wet and difficult to use.

the location ..at the beach front. Quiet and no hassle. the room size was excellent.

water bottle and coffee satchets in room was not replenised. Other than one receptionist during our arrival the rest seemed to be lost and lack basic training on how to handle guests and meet their needs instead of just dishing out bear minimum service

They have a lot of activities, watersports, tennis etc.

I missed having some shops and restaurant closer to the hotel.

The price ,the staff was very helpfull

I booked for 3 nights but i ve stayed only one night because this hotel does not deserve 4 stars , 2 maximum because of a great lake of maitaining, it is very far from the standard of The Meridien.

Очень красивый, уютный и удобный отель. Очень порадовало бесплатное катание на водных лыжах и вейкборде.

Очень медленный интернет с постоянно обрывающимся соединением, за который приходится еще и платить 20 долларов в день(

Accueil et disponibilité du personnel , très agréable, professionnels, à l'écoute du client.

L'hôtel est un peu vétuste, le plafond des coursives s'effrite ...salle de bains à rénover (moisissures, carrelage cassé )

понравилось практически все! отдыхали в отеле в течение 2 недель. наш номер располагался в крыле Nirvana. замечательный, очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. уборка в номере дважды в день и выше всяких похвал, за что особое спасибо шейле, которая каждый раз мастерила из полотенец разных животных - слоников, щенков, обезьянок, а также украшала номер живыми цветами (стоит лишь не экономить на чаевых - оставлял по 100 рупий в день). замена белья и полотенец ежедневно при желании. очень хороши завтраки в ресторане La Faya. ужины мне больше понравились в Shells (thanks to Pamela). красивая и большая территория отеля. хороший пляж, на котором всегда хватало лежаков и полотенец. чистый и красивый океан. понравились вечера в баре с живой музыкой. рекомендую прогулки на катамаране от компании при отеле - супер. любителям seafood очень рекомендую ресторан "Le Capitan" в гранд бей. в общем, отдых очень понравился и запомнится надолго!

затруднен вход в море - много кораллов. настоятельно рекомендую использовать специальную обувь. ремонт в номере делали давно. старая мебель. не сохла одежда в номере. но все эти мелочи не повлияли на общее позитивное настроение.

bel effort dans la préparation du réveillon du nouvel an , excellents menus et belle décoration

un manque de raffinement dans la chambre , la blancheur des serviettes et des draps laisse à désirer . Poubelles en plastique , pas de fleurs dans la chambre , quelques fautes de gout .
