    - Water sport are free (Wakeboard, waterski, sailboard, lazerboat,) - Fantastic dinner at the nirvana restaurant - booked full board and get all inclusive

    The bed was comfortable; breakfast choice good (but accompanying music inappropriate & too loud); beach & sea beautiful; staff all very friendly, although the Manager was not being truthful about the room included in my booking when approached.

    Check-in took too long & then was taken to room 251 which was on the upper floor, not the 'ground floor with garden' I had booked. After a long wait whilst a ground floor room was prepared we were taken to room 125 on the ground floor, albeit without a garden. The website description would indicate a private garden, not the public garden of the hotel. Bathroom - the toilet seat was cracked & nipped my skin. This was immediately replaced. The basin & shower did not drain quickly & we soon had bad drain smells. Maintenance came & attended but left the shower with dirty grit. Housekeeping were called & with a towel gathered up some of the grit but did not leave it in a clean state! I had to wash the area down before use. In general the tile joints were stained with mould growth, something that good housekeeping should keep on top of. Broken lamp - this had clearly been broken for some time & a good housekeeper would be expected to report this to maintenance. The live wire had disconnected & was touching the metal part of the lamp body! Repair carried out but later i found that the wiring to the switch was loose causing the light to flicker. Lamp was then replaced, albeit with a poor cable grip! Laundry Service - having checked the itemised costings it would have been far cheaper to have bought a brand new set of clothes than have the hotel launder them. Private terrace - it took 2 calls to Reception before chairs were replaced after another guest had presumably 'borrowed' them. Internet - we found it unusual to be charged for use (over 2 hours) in a four star hotel. In this day & age the internet is as essential as electricity & running water! Tea/coffee making provision - there was plenty of space in the large room to have had a small shelf or table for this & not have it hidden away at the bottom of a sideboard where there was no electricity. Checking-out; called twice for buggy to take luggage.

    The view and feeling of the resort

    The property needs some maintenance.... my cupboard door was broken, kettle did not work, lights did not work and rooms can be clean better

    Location is good. Bar tender mr. Raja at pool side Nirvana room is fantastic guy and does fis best to keep Guests well looked after.

    Food is the worst part, I feel you can get better food in some state prison or a refugee camp. Specially the Indian food and vegetarian options. Also plenty of stray cats and dogs in Resort who are moving everywhere freely. And many stinging yellow bees everywhere.

    Facilities room location food and entertainment.

    No porters on arrival. Upto an hour waiting time to get a room. Kids acitivy co ordinator was a little rude. In room cleaning was not amazing-beds are made but not fluffed. Floors are wiped but not everywhere. Room is half dusted. Balcony was not cleaned our entire stay

    The entire resort was amazing, from the facilities to awesome views and the most friendliest staff.

    The breakfast was a little monotonous, not much variety.

    Relaxation, scenery.

    Didnt like the service and rooms were in poor shape. Cupboards were musty smelling. Needs renovation. Too far from the airport. Room facilities were old eg sheets and towels.

    Only Hotel entrance looks like a 5* hotel and was realy nice .

    They charge me for internet without informing me,very old and full of insect inside and outside of the room,the nice room is only when we reserve it directly if not for hotels,com or booking.com only the dirty one ,breakfast was fair but dinner realy poor ,in the beach ther is a lot of people wants to sail somthing and dont leave us alone, for me even 3* is rate

    Some staff are very friendly Private beach for the rooms in the ground floor Check in formalities were completed ahead of visit.

    Poor House keeping Poor response to complaints Only some staff are friendly due to their own nature and not by training as many are indifferent Very expensive Poor quality of food in restaurants, like the food was made by amateur cooks. For example there was less than 5 grams of bacon in Spaghetti Carbonara. Even simple things like International electric adaptors were in scarcity and it took them 2 days to get one. There was fire in the kitchen. Ill fitting uniform for some staff. Internet was priced criminally high.

    I was there for my friend's wedding so I was all by myself staying there but since the hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful, I could enjoy the stay.

    A little far from Port Louis. Need to take a bus.

    The hotel is always an excellent place

    The staff were not very helpful. I remember I specifically pointed out that I would be leaving for the airport at about 5.00 am, and requested if I could take dinner instead of the breakfast that I was entitled. The staff told me there would be breakfast in the morning but there was none. It is not useful to lie to a client, especially a repeat guest like me
