    Very nice staff Good entertainment in night daily. Live shows and dancing at night . Good hotel for the price

    The Coral Azur is located near Grand Baie with a Super Saver shopping mall and other shopping facilities any world traveler desire. The hotel has the best private beach, pool area and lovely staff with a great kids club and evening entertainment. Breakfast was sufficient and the rooms spacious and fair.

    The lunch menu is limited with toasted sandwiches that are not that appetizing and dinner is expensive, the buffet is value for money but be careful when eating so many different dishes and don't forget to take you own wine along. The rooms are in a need of some refurbishment, but for what you pay not a bad deal.

    Being an admirer of nature, we were impressed by the good and sound environment within the complex, with green plants and trees everywhere. The room and food were excellent. Staff were friendly which made us feel at home;not forgetting to say "hats off" for the music and entertainment teams who were on feet very actively.

    When we arrived, the room wasn't yet ready as we had to ask for towels(both for bathroom and swimming);we could not put on the TV as the neighbour next room, knocked at our door to tell us they are being disturbed by the TV volume(volume which was very soft even for us); when we went for the boat trip out into the sea, we had to sit in the boat for about half an hour while a couple went swimming, then we returned and we asked ourselves what was the purpose of the trip.

    It was our first time in Mauritius, our late honeymoon and we could not choose a better place to stay. A very nice and warm hotel, with all the facilities you need. We loved the swimming pool/jacuzzi. The Staff was simply FANTASTIC and always willing to help with a big smile. Special thanks to Francesco, the Director and his animation crew. The guys were very friendly. (a special thanks to Vishnu). Everyday different Buffet (Mediterranean, Indian, Chinese, Mauritian...), so you dont get fed up of eating always the same. The room was very comfortable and always clean. If we come back one day to Mauritius, we might come back to Coral Azur!!

    Perhaps few more water activities or trips organized by the Hotel. But in general we were very satisfied with everything!

    The first night we came late about nine and was tired. The guests were loud and partying so we couldnt sleep and the tv was on french. So the next day we told them our problem.The manager gave us another tv for our room so we could watch our movies in english from a flashstick we luckily brought with us, whilst the rest of the guests party till 11 oclock every night. Our room were old but very clean and special with the towels folded different each day.

    I would not reccomend this hotel for people that is not French and want to go on holdiday to rest. They should say that this is a mostly French Hotel. Couldn't watch tv. Breakfast is boring the same everyday. They should inform you that they have a party every night till 11 o clock so you cant go to sleep till then and we came here to rest! So we had no choice to watch tv till then.The chairs at the pool are old, worn out and not enough. We never get a space because other selfish guests put their towels on to keep a place for themselves but were nowhere to be seen. Grand Baie is 5 km from the hotel and not 500 m as they say on their site. If we knew that we would have stayed in Grand Baie. We travel overseas at least twice a year and this hotel is only 3 star quality.

    The hotel has a small private Beach, and is close to Mont Choisy and Trou aux Biches Beaches, Buffets were always filled up quickly, Some Watersport tools to rent (free kayaks and more)

    Family-club-hotel atmosphere (every evening annoying dancing/songs program), the minibar in the room was ridiculously overpriced (a bottle of water 10 times the price of the supermarket price), the rooms could use some maintenance (especially the bathrooms)

    The location is awesome. Staff very friendly. Rooms / Bathrooms very clean. Restaurant also great.

    Hotel is a little 'run-down'. Could be a little cheaper.

    Hot water geyser did not work on 1st night. Shower cannot close completely thus water messes into bathroom which was irritating.

    The hotel has a fantastic manager who is working all day and all night. he resolves all everything and he knows everything. This guy is really professional. I m a tour guide who travels a lot so I can say that Francesco is the best manager I ve ever met during my 15 years in tourism. Congratulations.

    I was really satisfied with Coral Azur's customer service where the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were also beautiful and comfortable. Moreover, I also liked the food and the animation at night. I did two nights there and was satisfied on both days.

    My friends and I really wanted to do ski nautique but unfortunately our feet were too small to fit in the ski even though it was adjustable. Maybe the boat house should be a bit more equipped.

    beautiful location.quiet and peaceful, friendly staff, adjacent to blue safari and the blue water diving centre. very close to triolet and the grand baie areas foreigh exchange available close by in triolet at thomas cook and State bank of India. Shops and supermarkets nearby.

    Breakfast menu gets monotonous, but that's to be expected from a continental breakfast. Rooms do have basic amenities but toiletteries were lacking.

    like the location and the facilities

    the front end staff....i wanted to go for Al Aux Cerfs and the front office had arranged for a operator who was charging us MUR 2000 and we did this tour on our own at MUR 900...your front desk was not at all helpful and wanted to make money through the customers at hotel..

    Location of the horel

    They have some activites but noone tell us about it until we leave. We miss most the free activivty which supose to be included in their price ( the boat only what we know until now they have more but we dont know about it ). They shoud tell the gust about it as they included in their room offer. The price we buy does not mach our expectation ar all.

    Good hotel facilities, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, direct access to private beach, friendly staff Very large bed!

    Staff is sometimes long to process your requests (large hotel, many customers) It was our honeymoon but we didn't get any special treatment (no free champagne or service) although they claimed they would. We got better service at La Réunion!

    The manager Francesco and his staff members went all the way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The food was varied and very appetising. The sega show on Saturday is a must-see.

    The rooms were a bit old and in need of renovation.

    Unbeatable location! The view from the swimming pool and the open air thatch roofed restaurant have nothing to envy to the 5 star resorts of the island... Friendly and helpful staff, extremely high level of cuisine compared to our expectations - our Friday night dinner was a luxury treat! Best Sega show of the island, starring renowned performers (singer and dancers you find in guide books!) In general you could feel the attention to detail and the passion for hospitality, probably driven by the Italian director managing the place.

    Animation team could be improved, to better exploit some remarkable hotel services (glass-bottom boat tours, water-ski, kajak, soccer field and tennis ground etc.). Indian restaurant in the resort should be operational at least once a week. Mini-club area was missing an outdoor playground set.
