Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort & Spa    

The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. You have lots of activities to choose from and their spa is amazing. Also, the breakfast buffet is very rich, and for the other meals you can choose from different budgets, like the burgers and pizzas for $20. They also provide you with water in the room and with the water activities.

The rate for the Water villas is more than double the Beach Villa. Also, the seaplane transfer from the Airport is quite pricy ($530 per adult, I.E. 12yrs and above).

Rooms and location

The level of services is very poor and not up to 5 stars hotel

Arrogant staff, no sign of management, poor choice for lunch restaurant with children

The hotel provides great opportunities in terms of social events and activities. So, during the time of staying, it was enjoyable for not only the couples but also for the single travellers. It is quite important, because nice views in the island can't be the only reason to be impressed without any social/mental involvements, such as music/cultural events and sports activities etc.

1.The structures of the roads are complicated without clear signs. 2. Some of the female staffs from receptions are not as nice/helpful as expected. 3. There were no wireless services in the room, so it was not confortable for those who had no computer with themselves to use internet.

- Facilities, services, and water sports were great - Restaurents and Cafe's serving out good food & beverages (specially breakfast) - Internet centre is perfect and practical

- Lack of Buggies (moving-around vehicles)! - Gift Shop items are expensive! - Value of seaplane flights (more than the villa itself) wasn't mentioned in the first place, and as expensive as it was, it could made a re-consideration on choosing Iru Fushi! - No Internet Wi-Fi connection in villas (Wired-line aren't practical anymore!), a little incentive in such high-paid places!! - I wrote a lot of guest comments in my booking form, some Honeymoon arrangments as surprise for my wife, Constance Haleveli resort fully take care of it and made it unforgettable, Iru Fushi didn't do a thing or even mention it!! I was really depressed for such ignoring of such brand-resort. - Wooden borders of Beds are not practical and hurt us many times. Most importantley.. - I missed my flight from the previous island due to weather condition (Not my fault at all!!) and subsequently missed the last Iru-Fushi flight at Male' Airport (5-minutes late only!!), and I had to stay at a 3-stars hotel in Holu-male and paid from my own money. I've explained this to resort managment more than once, and I didn't found any kind of partial compensation, help, or understanding!

Bamboo is the best restaurant. Excellent free wine tastings are held every Wednesday and Friday at the Cellar wine bar.

The waiting room at the airport on the back way works until 23.00 and costs $ 80 + + per person. Tea and coffee are paid during free breakfast. Trio Restaurant has a very small selection of food and a great price

Very romantic places, but the activities for who did't go outside Island is not enough and the way to go to anothe parts of hotel is very complex

Some Restuarant use raw material that not fresh and the way in resort are very complex and they don't give map to guests

Not clean, they are using the same Pillows and Cloths for me all nights !!! how come i'm in Maldives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were welcomed in very professional way , transferred from the airport to the Hilton lounge to wait for our flying boat. The lounge was excellent, clean, fulfills Islamic requirements. At the island , every couple had a staff member to lead us through the island. Our baggae were taken at the Airport and received in the room. Very clean, helpful, cooperative, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere.

1- the flight from airport to Hilton costs about 1100$ for a couple (return ticket). This information. Was not mentioned anywhere and it's expensive. It's a private company and not related to Hilton but important information as I consider it expensive. 2- only wired Internet in the rooms, this could be solved by a special portal to every room. 3- money value for everything in the island , for eating a meal 80-120$ per person, drinks, sports all expensive, massage and spa also. Reaching 200$ per person. Daily we were spending around 300-600$!!

Experience was very good we love to come again . Water villas were excellent water of beach is crystal clear even u can see the fishes

We booked dolphen cruise on phone and they did not mention us about any cancelations rules and when we arrived on terminal we decided not to go andhotel charge us 50 percent of price which was very un fair

хороший пляж,море. хорошие условия проживания,неплохой завтрак. четко организован трансфер из мале и обратно. хороший дайвинг центр, толковые русскоговорящие инструкторы. хороший выбор в прокате оборудования для досуга.

необходимо бронировать посещение ресторанов за сутки, без брони не пустят, хотя полно свободных мест. белье из прачечной могут принести в номер в полночь,при этом громко тарабанят в дверь. мощность холодильника в номере недостаточна для охлаждения напитков. отвратительно организована рыбалка на катере, еще и пойманную рыбу отказались приготовить все четыре ресторана,хотя это входит в программу мероприятия. три русскоговорящих менеджера по работе с гостями. девушка,которая курировала нас, была источником проблем и неудобств : забывчивая , не обязательная и т.д.

хороший риф у школы подводного плавания-кстати есть русскоговорящий инструктор, встречает русскоговорящий менеджер и все время решает твои вопросы она ,легко доступна по телефону,интересный дизайн вилл (круглый дом),детский клуб -есть интересные мероприятия для детей, детское меню бесплатно,если родитель заказал еду,

надо резервировать за 2 дня рестораны (особенно гриль на пляже-он самый вкусный) - если не успел отказаться от резервации-снимают 50% от прайса( за тематический вечер ценник-150 дол с человека),завышенные ценник в ресторанах, нормально поужинать с бут. вина на двоих-200дол, виллы на пляже 202-207 прямо у причала, у самолета и у водных развлечений-очень шумно,туда нельзя людей селить за такой высокий прайс-это большой минус отелю,неуютный ресторан со шведским столом-как столовка-(а ведь это 5 звезд),хотя еда приличная

השירות הוא מעל ומעבר - מרגע שדרכה רגלינו בשדה תעופה מאלה ועד הרגע שיצאנו מהשדה בחזרה הילטון לקחו אותנו תחת חסותם עם שירות איכותי שלא ראינו שכמותו. החדר מנוקה פעמים ביום, ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת במיוחד ורמת הזמינות שלהם היא נדירה.

היוקר של השהייה, המחירים גבוהים בותר ומקשים על ניהול תקציב הוגן. בנוסף בכדי להגיע לאי יש צורך בשימוש במטוס מים שעלותו גבוהה מעל המצופה עבור טיסה קצרה של 40 דק' המחיר הגיע לשני אנשים למעל 1000 $.

Au fost atenți cu faptul ca a fost ziua mea de naștere si au făcut up grade la camera rezervata. Mâncarea de buna calitate, variata, proaspata!

The location, the seaplane, beach, water sports and friendly staffs

Not so clean and noisy rooms (you hear and see geckos all the times inside and outside the room), insects, open bathrooms I.E. hot, insects, mosquito, gecko & scary especially at night.

The price difference between booking.com and what we had to actually pay on check out. More than $10,000 !!!!!! They claimed that booking.com always had the wrong price on their site It was the worst experience ever

السعر غالي جدا لا توجد خدمه الواي فاي فالغرف كما هو مذكور في مواصفات الفندق تم حجزنا لفيلا شاطئيه مع ااتوصيل وعند وصولنا تم دفع اكثر من 500 دولار للشخص وقد ازعجنا هذا الموضوع كثيرا اسعار المطعام غاليه جدا جدا ومبالغ فيها

1. Too many mosquitoes and lizards and hotel didn't warn us or advise about them. 2. The open bathrooms are a major bugs and lizard attraction 3. I had to get them to spray my room 3 times with chemical stuff to get rid of the bugs and th smell is offul 4. Restaurants were too expensive and the food was mediuquer 5. Food in the in room dining was spicy and had pork in it and there were no signs to show that in the menu 6. When you book the hotel it is not indicated that you have to take a seaplane to get to it from Male Airport which would cost you 500+ dollars per person, but it shows that when you book through Hilton.com
