The flush of the toilet is not working. The wall is old. The air conditioner is on but I didn't feel cool air.

Location (it's impossible to get there without a taxi). There was no hot water, the room was quite noisy.

Maldives is a very expensive place to go, and this hotel is one of the cheapest in the city (However, the city is overpriced on hotels - you pay ~20% taxes and 8 usd per day / per person additionally). WiFi was free of charge and was fast.

The hotel has been very cheaply renovated. The location is not nice; actually the main entrance is in a small alley and difficult to find it (I would recommend a hotel on the ferry port). The staff shows that are helpful, but actually they are not try their best (the WiFi router had lost signal, I called them 3 times to fix it, they said they have restarted it and tried to fix it, but finally I found where it was and I reset it on my own - they didn't know how to fix it and looked lazy). Actually, I don't find any reason to go again.

As clearly requested in my booking I asked for a airport pick up and drop off at the next day, but when I arrived there where no one to pick me up so I had to take a farry myself and than a cab. And it was offered as a free service on your home page. At least I could get a transfer in the morning but I had to pay extra. So all in all a veru bad service!

Location. Price (it was the cheapest accommodation I could find in Maldives). Friendly staff who speak good English. The hotel allowed a change to my booking in the last week at no extra charge after the airline cancelled my flight and I was forced to delay my arrival by a day.

The map on the website was inadequate – I had to ask for directions. My booking stated payment would be in Maldivian currency – yet when I took out my rufiyaa the receptionist asked for payment by credit card. It also stated wi-fi is available everywhere in the hotel – there was no wi-fi in my room. I had no bedding except for pillows. I had to keep the shower room door closed as there was a dripping noise from the toilet. The shower was tepid. The only tv channel of interest was Al Jazeera. One of the power sockets didn’t work. The tv remote didn’t work. My room wasn’t cleaned during my 4-night stay. My bin was emptied and the toilet paper re-supplied only after I asked. My room (102) was above the kitchen and was noisy until 2am.

Not recommend - ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, after the bath humidity in the room for a few hours! - in our room and the other two which were shown us smelled very intensywnie paint, after a night, we have pain and dizziness for 2 days! - wifi in rooms didn't work! - three times we are asking for a meeting with the manager, never showed up!!! - hotel manager during a phone call was very rude and said that don't care our problem and we should report the problem to Booking.com and then hung up. The person at the front desk promised to take note of the comments, which of course did not. We alerted and it appeared that they do not make such notes, but then send the information by e-mail. I have not received any message so far. - NOT RECOMMEND, destroy our stay in paradise - the Maldives!

Location is quiet convenient, very close to the water ferries.

We paid for triple room. They knew that, but they were trying to cheat us. They put 3 small pilows on the double bed & said it's a triple one. Plus room was super stinky to smoke, while we requested non- smoking. After big complain they finally changed for a real triple room. It was ok, but very very small, even our mini travel baby stroller could not pass in. No chance to get a baby coat!

Wifi was not working upstairs

The biggest advantage of this hotel was the price and location close to the ferry. Otherwise the hotel is very average.

The room was extremely small and the bed was situated just next to the door. That way anyone was in the lobby or used elevators - it woke us up. The bathroom was not very clean. The receptionist almost didn't speak English.

They are frauds, booking.com should not allow certain behaviors. When I arrived I wanted to pay with Maldivian money and they did not allow me, the woman behind the counter said that I had to pay in Euros € and accepting only has invented a change, so instead 40 euro all inclusive I had to pay 48 euro, the rate was $ 53 and she said that the change was in the hotel and there was no chance,but actually $ 53 is 40 € instead of 48 euro and in my reservation was clearly written that I could pay in local currency! Not to mention the rooms, disgusting there was not even the sheets and the blanket I asked for something to cover me and they gave me a blanket with black hairs, disgusting!

Relatively cheaper hotel.

Located in a narrow lane, not so easy to find out. Internet connectivity is poor and occasional. Power plugs do not work properly. Multi-pin adapters of international standard do not fit into may of the sockets.

One night visit. Okay, no big luxury. Not extremely clean but Okay.

Small room but enough for short stay.

The staff collected me from the Ferry, offered to cook me any food I wanted at 2am in the morning! Took my bag to my room, which was super clean, nicely decorated, very very comfy bed, BIG TV, wifi... everything you needed for an overnight stay.

Bad bathrooms, no space to bathe. Double bed so small, sufficient for one person only. Poor location in a narrow lane. Cab cant go till reception. Exhorbitantly priced. My stay was 3 nights, I cut it short to 1 night. Then checked in at Kam hotel. 100 times better and 1 min walk to jetty. Same price. Strongly discourage luckyhiya hotel.
