Fantastisk hotel. Personalet er ekstremt serviceminded. Husk at vælge en water villa, da der er stor forskel mellem disse og standvilla. Vælg ikke All inclusive, alt for dyrt, men hslvpension og betal selv frokost og drikkevarer. Gode dykkermulugheder og vandsport, men dyrt.

Food although with a lot of varieties were mostly very Indian style, should be more global style, local food is important to offer for sure but should be the ones among the range that are well accepted globally

Very good resort, good food, execellent staff! The only problem is the reef that is too far from the resort, you have to go with the boat!

The fact thet to snorkling you had to make a 25 min of exurtion!

Everything was perfect. From the room to the food and the island, everything was flawless. We strongly recommend the hotel. It has a great value/cost ratio compared to other hotels on the Maldives.

The initial booking was a bit unorganised, as we only got our confirmation for sea plane 24 hrs before departure. Wrote them a few emails but there was no reply till the day before even though I personally made a couple of phone calls to their reservations number.

The location along the lagoon is wonderful. Same for the facilities and the water villas. The suggested activities was diversified and there was many snorkeling spots. The color of the water like a postcard...Good food and the private diner on the beach unforgettable.

Sometimes, we have thought that the staff could have been more smiling, especially in the restaurant. A little bit disappointed by the sea plane..maybe because we expected to much from it.

The main dining room - although food was very good the dining experience was not as dining area like works canteen with little finesse so we ate a la carte every evening in beautiful over water dining area

We had a water villa on the sunset side (131) and loved it! Every day we were greeted by turtles, sting rays, a whole variety of exotic fish which we could observe just by sitting on our water villa porch. The room was well designed, very comfortable & cleaned to perfection everyday. We were happy we decided on sunset water villa as by walking around the island we discovered the beach villas do not actually have views of the sea due to the trees & plants & also people staying on the beach might not have seen any of the beautiful fish we saw just passing by or under our villa. The staff was unbelievably friendly & accommodating, treating us like guests in their own house, except for reception staff which behaved like they were quite bored all the time. As we were on our honeymoon there was a romantic decoration when we arrived in the room along w/ complimentary sparkling wine, fruit & a cake which we found very thoughtful. We had opted for half board & were happy with our decision. There was a huge selection at the buffet, all wonderful food & we were especially impressed by the variety of fresh exotic fruit, main courses(local & international) & sweets. In 6 days not once did we see a dinner option repeated. The island does not have it's own coral reef but the free daily snorkeling trip makes up for it, the boat being manned by extremely polite staff who actually swam w/ people who were too scared to dive on their own & shouted to the rest of us when there was a turtle sighting or something we shouldn't miss. The drinks were not watered down but were rather pricey. The pool area & staff were amazing. Swimming was great all around the island. We had a good experience at the spa. Overall we had a wonderful time & would love to return to Medhufushi but we hope to see prices reduced.

Drinking water was extremely expensive as were all drinks once all the taxes were added. Gift shop was unacceptable(horrible quality and crazy prices) so we were lucky to find souvenirs at the airport. We asked for a light-bulb on the porch to be changed 3 times before someone actually got around to it 2 days later, same as the last step on the stairs off the porch into the sea. This was not inconvenient so much as disappointing as compared to the standards of service expected. Overall a wonderful place but a bit overpriced. We were disappointed we had to leave a day early from Medhufushi in order to catch a 9am flight the next day from Male which is a truly horrible place and put a damper on an otherwise perfect vacation. We would have preferred the hotel to make arrangements for us to stay an extra day & still be able to catch a not so early flight... We were further disappointed to receive a recommended hotel on Male only at check out at which time we had already made other arrangements-such info should have been given much in advance.

Food quality and variety and Ocean Room were both very good.

Sea plane is not well co-ordinated with our international flight with the result that we spent over 7 hours in transit at the airport. Staff even up to the Resort Manager level were totally indifferent to this issue. Given that this was a short break it signficantly ate into our time at the resort. Resort amenities are old and tired and need investment/repair.

Buffet food is very good. many choices and delicious. Staff are very friendly. Nice sea view. Water villa is value for money. Out-island snorkelling is rememberable.

The housekeeping attendant cleaned the room with doors open. Mosquito entered and bited me badly. the reservation center staff is not friendly and efficient. Late confirmation from them.
