The prices starting with the seaplane n da resort prices r ridiculous. Villa aircon didnt work

Zihtahli resort is fantastic resort with good view and good beach. Water Vila is fantastic with clear sea water. It's really comfort for relaxation and recommended for honeymoon. The place are really beautiful, peaceful and relax.

One reservation staff, name is Shammoon Ali is very rude and not capable to handle sea plane arrangement. His behaviour and managerial skill is zero. Becareful with this guy..

The island and beach are beautiful with white sands and clear beach. Water villa is really good and fantastic.

Location

Poor communications with staff, food and beverage prices were outrageous E.g a small bottle of mineral water circa 10$, in a location where daily consumption is advised at 4 litres/person!= 80$/Person/day!!!! Tax and service charge structure increasing the holiday price by 20%. Lack of transparency in advising of departure times ie 6-30 pm on the day before departure- poor co-ordination with the booking led to an abortive days charge where no refund was given, full taxes levied and charged for a breakfast we could not consume. This is not the way to customer satisfaction. How would you feel? Ripped -off is the answer.

1. We didn't tell them about the birthday but the hotel and staff gave us surprise on the Birthday. Decorate the bed carefully with flowers and leaves, it make the room very romantic. Also prepare very tasty birthday cake for free in the evening. It make us feel warm and welcomed. This is so great. 2. The sea and sand very clean and beatiful near the water house (sunrise direction), form a big natural swimming pool. The room with nice music system (BOSE) and big window towards the sea and the deck is very big and comfortable. (The sea and sand near water house of sunset direction are not such good due to many shallow dead coral.) 3. The water house is very big and comfortable.

1. Public swimming pool is small and the view is so so (not good as Velasarru) 2. Only two restaurant (one buffet, one western), not many choices for guest. The taste of the dishes in the western restaurant is so so.

When we arrived to male airport we wait for seaplane3 hour and we arrived at 7 pm and we lost first day in the hotel and when we leave we leave at 1:30 and may flaight at male airport at 8:10 and we lost final day I dont know what who are make this think hotel or taxi seaplane

An absolutely idyllic island within the maldives with crystal clear waters, great reef. The resort favours personalised service and privacy for its guests over a large number of rooms so even at full occupancy it never feels overcrowded or busy.

It is expensive.

This is our second time to the Maldives, and would recommend this resort, which we stayed at for 6 nights... Firstly to arrive to the resort is by seaplane, which it first is a nice experiance for those that have not travelled in a seaplane, but also being in the North, the islands see a little less rain during the November monsoon season.. On arrival they took us into a room, to chill out from the ride, then drove around the island in a golf buggy and explained very well the island key points.. The room is a very good size and all will be happy with the split of the bathroom, bedrom and main hallway.. We stayed on a water villa with private pool, away from the reef (only as we preferred to exit direct to the sandy area), and it was very beautiful and really did the job, to relax and unwind in private.. We were very happy with the resort, the water villa was amazing, the Bose sound system was very good, villa also came with a nespresso machine..

- Seaplane was expensive... - Internet speed is a little on the slow side, but even in the airport business lounge the internet speed was slow, so not sure if this is a Maldives thing? - Buffet dinner was a little expensive.. - Saw remarks on the cockroaches, we saw 2 in the water villa during the whole trip, however note mosquitoes were about (ask the resort for Mosquitio repellent and the plug in electric repellents) - The resort was very friendly in this regards...

Hospitality and quality of service as well as the aesthetic of the resort and scenery.

The buffet dinner was fantastic with a different cuisine theme every night. The dishes were gourmet standard and the variety is mind boggling for an island far away from anything! The dive centre ( Werner Lau) was first class and diving the reefs around the island was amazing. It was a novelty to be able to walk into the water to snorkelling right from our patio with all kinds of fish before you. The huge villa was very comfortable and they would give water and fruits everyday. Free wifi was greatly appreciated and cable TV gave good entertainment for the nights. The spa was superb and it was difficult to leave the resort on the last day.

Probably a mosquito coil of some sort could have helped us not waking up to new bites every morning.

I am happy with the restaurant staff, namely niushad from breeze restaurant. A very outspoken gentlement and he remember what you like and he have the ability to know what kind of drinks you will like to have and how it should be done. Basically he took the effort to study human behaviour. Spa is awesome the massage and " lost away paradise " package is awesome. in villa dining is limited they have only minimum of food to be serve in villa.

The front desk / reception staff was rude and slow in getting the things ready. Sad to say I personally contacted the front desk via the phone for at least 7 times + personally walk myself to the reception area twice to be nice in asking them for replacement sets of hair dryer and faulty tv connection, for the faulty equipments like E.g tv + hair dryer. I contacted them since day 1 till end of the trip nothing was done. They only reply you ok and they don't get back to you at all. The front desk staff wasn't serious about their job. It seems like they can't be bother to assist anybody.

Best place I have never gone before

Excellent resort, I would recommend it for Honeymooners as there is ample amount of privacy. Staff is very friendly and the service in general is quite good.

The prices are extortionate.. To give you an Idea... Lunch or Dinner would cost a couple around $150 with drinks Bottle of coke $7 Pack of chocolates $6 In 5 days we spent a total of $1500 for food, drinks + the following 2 activities Rent a canoe $25 an hour Cheapest Message Option $125 per head If you are deciding whether to go for full board of half board, below might help Food is Excellent at the buffet If you opt for the Buffet for dinner and you are on a B&B package, it will cost you $100 per head not including drinks.

i liked the privecy.. the clean beach and the water villa. it was amazing.

If you are looking for an excellent hide-away, Zitahli is the answer. Excellent location, perfect lagoon with very good services. it's perfect for honeymooners, however, in my opinion if you stay more than a week; you will probabely start to feel boring....

Prices may be higher but it's understandable.

i really did not like that the room is opened to the outside with the trees, because of that many instects like spiders and many others comming inside the room and we were afraide of sleeping at night.

Good view,good food and good Villa. The staff of Zitahli are very nice and friendly, we have a very nice holiday with Zitahli. 6 nights is short, next time I'd like to stay at least 8 days.

Open bathroom is a little hot for me because the sunshine at daytime is very strong. Our departure flight is 14:50pm but we informed to take seaplane at 8:00am, that is too early for us and we can 't change it.

Everything was wonderful!!! Food delicious, ocean increadible, Deluxe Beach Villa - comfortable and personal very friendly.

Nature, not many people, clear water.

The hotel was so bad, the food so expensive.. for example only a pizza costs 24$ without taxes.For dinner u have to pay 85$ per person and booking doesn't tell u this..i reserved for this hotel only 3 nights and after i reserved at another one because i had to go because in reallity the costs are double than booking says it and the breakfest is not everything free.. i really bad hotel with a bad location..who wants to choce this hotel u better look for another one.

沙滩很好，岛很安静。带泳池的水屋真的很美，尤其是Spa的大浴缸面朝大海，泡澡超赞。泻湖水很蓝，有很多- 鱼，还有一天下午在泳池俯瞰到了成群的蝙蝠鱼。早餐不错。上岛时送我们去房间的小黑给我们很详细的介绍了岛- 上的设施。点餐送到villa还好一些，价格会低一些，味道也好多了。

太贵了，什么都收费。booking介绍里写水飞499刀，实际酒店自动从我信用卡划走了700多刀一个人- ，也没有正式通知我们，后来是从银行账单才看到的。自助晚餐要100多刀一个人，难吃还不含酒水！mini- bar的一小瓶coca要5刀还要加收16%的税。机场接送机的小黑超不热情，像欠了他钱，行李都是我们自- 己提的。水屋的栈道上都没有灯，晚上很黑。被蚊子咬了，最后一天还发现了蟑螂。离开的那天水飞晚了一个小时- ，原来是中途改道先去其他酒店接人了，酒店也没有提前解释和道歉。
