We used the hotel for one night after arrival in Mexico. It's perfect if you continue by bus, as it's super close. Great to get there by bus from airport. Expect a simple and basic 2 star room. + 100 meter to bus terminal + clean + 'okay' value for money: 40USD in high season
- pretty loud from street and neighbor rooms. Bring earplugs if you don't sleep well. - tiny window - A/C pretty loud. But wasn't needed
The hotel is just across the street to the main Bus Station, you can get cheap rides to several places. People are nice and they have a travel agency downstairs where we got our tours.
There was some kind of worm in the bathroom that we had to kill but it was the strangest thing, looks like it came from the shower, I guess this was just bad luck. I could only plug my cel phone where the tv was plugged since the other place was not working.
it was safe, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, internet was ok but just in the lobby. it was perfect for me since i was basically in transit, staying 2 nights and going on to playa del carmen
internet not good in the room, water was dripping from the sealing, but basically i was happy with everything, i had all that i needed :) i think the price is a bit too high though
Location only one block from bus station, we were on our way to Isla mujures and just needed somewhere to sleep for one night before catching the ferry in the morning. This did the job perfectly. Basic clean rooms.
The exchange rate from dollars to pesos was a little higher than expected, we've been travelling around Mexico for three weeks and not had such a high rate anywhere else, just be aware that the price on booking.com won't be the actual price you pay (obvs taxes on top too). The hotel corridors are a little prison like. Ac old and loud. Generally though, everything was fine for one nights stopover.
Near the bus station, ie if you decide to stay downtown Cancun rather than at the airport
1. Very noisy as room is facing the main road, despite asking for a quiet room upon booking. 2. Bathroom smells of sewage due to poor plumbing layout. 3. Room and bed not clean. A/c did not work and hence noise from the road even higher. Did not sleep at all all night and felt very sorry for myself. DO not go to this hotel!
Great location, staff was v helpfull
Beds a bit lumpy and a lot of hammering on floors walls
Location and helpful staff
Too many stairs and noisy
one minute walk from ADO central bus station downtown Cancun. We were in transit. Came late, left early. Front desk had staff 24 hrs, price cheap, clerk called cab for us.
We stayed two nights (a week apart), first had been quiet so were surprised and unhappy that second time the traffic noise from street was loud and never stopped. Both rooms 3rd floor, but first had tiny round window facing away from street so no noise, second looked onto Uxmal st. Bed lumpy.
Location. Very near the ADO bus terminal. Ideal overnight stay when travelling onwards or to airport. Numerouse restaurants nearby.
No lift. We were on 3rd floor with heavy bags.
Clean and very close to the bus station.
We were happy for the price, except wi-fi only worked in lobby.
Right next to ADO bus station
Noisy room, smelled like paint (but suppose that will disappear)
Friendly staff and good location to explore the ruins at Tulum. Clean and secure.
Expensive for the facilities available. Large gap around the door allowed mosquitos access. Draft excluder would fix the issue.
hot long shower
no remote for dinosaur-era tv
