-wonderful staff, very helpful -great location on the beautiful Tulum beach -lovely pool -air conditioning in rooms works very well -wifi works well enough to use iphone/ipad app as babyphone, which was handy!

-while the rooms are lovely and comfortable, ours must have been the worst in the whole place, looking out on a wall with airconditioning units. If you book a garden room, ask for one of the 4 that have access to the private pool, or ones facing the main pool! -It is expensive. Yes, all hotels in Tulum are relatively expensive, and you do get what you pay for, but in absolute terms, it's a lot of money.

    The sunrise in the morning

Way too expensive considering the old state the place is in. Needs to be refreshed and updated. Restaurant is understaffed. The place needs love and attention.

The place and the staff are great. It is fantastic for honeymooners or couples wanting romance and relaxation.

I do think the Price is a bit high. They differentiator is telephones in the room and other things which arent as relevant. I would suggest having promotions or Price tactics to have a greater valur for money sense.

Beach was beautiful with few people. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cost was extremely high When compared to nearby facilities. Poor and limited food choices. Room and bath very small and uncomfortable Re: questions 5: I would recommend Tulum area but not Ana y Jose.
