Free bike rental. Close to ruins.
They do not accept credit card. You have to pay for your stay in cash upon arrival. Far from center of town and far from the boutique hotels and resorts with their amazing restaurants. Had to use taxi a lot.
convenience to the Mayan remains cleanliness quiet nights decent wi-fi ok restaurant
lack of choice of local restaurants in the evening
Stay here if you wan´t to be treated as you are there to give service to the staff not otherwise. Good location if you wan´t to see the Maya-ruin in Tulum.
I have never had such bad service and still I´ve travelled a lot. No interest in giving us the service that was included, for example the bikes. The manager had the approach that it was only your money that was interesting. He couldn´t care less about the fact that you were staying at "his" hotel to have a nice vacation.
Friendly staff, walking distance to the archeological site of Tulum and beautiful public beaches. During daylight there are nice options for snacks, a Subway and a Starbucks joint nearby
At USD 150 for a double one would expect comfort in a flawless room, but this was not the case. Hot water was erratic and tap water pressure very low. The food at the nearby restaurant was good but overpriced and is the only option after the archeological site closes and the crowds leave. We paid for location and a premium for High Season (Christmas week), but even with a postcard-like beach I couldn't help feeling that I was ripped off.
We paid 50 dollars instead of 120, and this was a good deal. It was a Booking offer. Otherwise the rooms are not at the level of 120 dollars per night. So in our case was fair. There was not warm water in the room
One towel provided only which was more like a rag. Certainly would not call this place luxurious.
for 1 night the hotel is on the parking of tulum's ruins entrance
real bad quality hotel , the worse of our mexican trip and our life -first day toilets ware damage -second day no shower and room was not clean at 7 pm - no windows in the room - the manager's and his team don't care of customer's , for them every problems are normal !
Free bike hire Near to ruins
Loud at night (building works) Shop/restaurant very expensive Far from town Very average room
close to ruins/beach, bikes for free, very clean room
bikes just from 7am-5pm, far from center, expensive restaurant
Location near ruins and beach plus on bus stop. A bit of a walk though to ruins and beach. They also have bikes for you to use.
Away from everything. Everything closes early and open kind of late in the morning.
airconditioner was weak no hot water in the shower the internet doesnt work
being threatened with violence by the owner/boss.
We got the best deal for high season weekend, hotel is clean and has the basic confort.
Tourist trap No good options for food, far from Tulum's centre of town, right by a huge highway. Nothing to do at night for food, good night spots. Hotel restaurant is overpriced. The free wifi in the room did not work during our stay. Felt trapped.
Very clean. Friendly staff.
Menu items overpriced at the restaurant attached to the hotel.
-position -comfort -although wifi in room isn't included it work -restaurant
-staff helpful but not so friendly
It is close to the ruins
It is far away from anything other than the ruins and there is nothing nearby other than tourist traps. The staff was clueless and restaurant prices are high and don't include taxes unlike most places. I ordered a pizza one night and it was expensive and a frozen pizza. Stay in town near the good restaurants and avoid this place.
Very rude staff members Ants and mosquitoes
Decent place. Just a local establishment. Wifi does work decent.
Shower temp very hard to control
No breakfast included
Bed was comfortable , 1,5 km to the Beach and 700m to the Ruins
Spiderwebs, dust and mosquitos (through Air con) in the room. Food and stuff worse i ever had.
Location and bikes.
Too many buses, cars and taxi near the hotel...
Very expensive. No internet . Staff not nice
Money value for the rooms, and location ( not in town)
The management was not professional and prices at the restaurant outrageous. Also we had nasty bugs (looks like termites)in our rooms one evening.
it s close to ruins близко к руинам
