the setting and architecture thought it was slightly over priced plus we were ther eon sunday evening- they closed the restaurant and bar early at 9pm !

Decor. Service. Food. Excellent facilities. On Sunday morning, there was a child screaming, when the hotel is supposed to be child-free. The explanation was that they accepted families with children for breakfast at the restaurant... Well, they should not allow children at all as the restaurant is open and close to the rooms.

El hotel tiene excelentes amenities, el restaurante es muy bueno y la atencion de los dueños es de lo mejor Cuando me regitre me asignaron mi habitacion, una vez dentro de ella me percate que era una categoría menor a la que habia reservado, baje a recepcion y la persona me comento que fue culpa de booking.com ya que se les informo que no podía honrrar esa reservacion y que se me informaría, lo que nunca sucedió

servicio, habitaciones, jardines, comida muy buena fuimos a descansar y desde muy temprano empezaron a montar mesas y a hacer ruido en el restaurante, se le da prioridad a los eventos externos que a los huespedes del hotel, no es un hotel para eventos con microfono al aire libre
