The staff were really helpful with the questions I had about how to get around in Merida, how to get to Chichen Itza, the location of the bus stop... The shower was not very clean. When I tried to pay by credit card the staff in the hotel told me that it was not possible because the reader was broken at this moment. I had to pay half of my reservation bu cash and to pay the other half I had to go to another hotel and pay there, a little bit surrealist...

No me gustó nada del hotel. Todo. Huele a húmedo, tiene muchos mosquitos dentro de las habitaciones, todo es viejo y la comida me produjo una indigestión grave. No dormí nada en toda la noche porque las cucarachas y mosquitos no me dejaron y tenía un importantísimo examen al día siguiente.

Es un hotel horrible...las habitaciones viejas y llenas de humedad...sin agua caliente...leno de mosquitos....dentro de las habitaciones casi no se puede respirar de la humedad y el aire a rancio. Las habitaciones tienen todos lon enchufes salidos y las paredes estan conpintura carcomida por la humedad en resumen horrible. -pintura carcomida por la humedad -habitaciones casi sin ventilacion -hedor en las habitaciones a humedad insoportable -falta de tendederos en condiciones para la ropa -en zona comunitaria falta de higiene..se pueden encontrar desde ratas a salamanquesas. -piscina o lo que sea sin agua...no como muestra la publicidad del hotel -duchas sin agua caliente -falta de adaptdores para aparatos electronicos...los enchufes son planos

El trato del personal es muy cordial y son muy serviciales. La limpieza de las habitaciones también llama la atención. Es un hotel que ofrece lo más elemental para quienes buscan una opción económica. En este sentido, lo recomiendo. La ubicación está muy bien. Pienso que deberían esmerarse más por las instalaciones. Es una casa colonial muy bonita pero necesita más trabajo en las áreas comunes. También el desayuno que ofrecen es muy sencillo,pienso que podrían agregar un poco más de variedad.

Es barato, cerca del centro de Mérida, tiene buen aire acondicionado, tiene una pequeña pileta. La conexión a Internet no funciona bien.
