el hotel esta en un fraccionamiento agradable y exclusivo, ideal para descansar y relajarse ya he estado en otras ocasiones en este hotel y quizá lo único que faltaría esmantenimiento y mejor limpieza ya que en esta ocasión había zapatos de niños de huespedes anteriores |

La ubicacion del hotel que aunque es lejana al centro de cuernavaca, es muy fresco El hotel esta muerto, deficiente mantenimiento, instalaciones viejas, poco compromiso del gerente para gestionarlo. En mi cama, ni siquiera habia sabanas adecuadas al tamaño de la cama. Limpieza deficiente |

La piscina y los jardines son buenos, para las familias con niños y que deseen descansar esta bien La falta de Mamtenimineto de las habitaciones es increible, ya que incluso el tapiz de las sillas se encuentra completamente desgastado, se ve el cojin de base,las alfombras se encuentran muy sucias, rotas. |
