Everything was fine, except for one thing, very important to me--the wifi wasn't working, and no one who worked there seemed very interested in making things right. I need the wifi for my work and it was frustrating to be unable to use it late one night when the cafes were closed. Otherwise, however, a fine hotel and a good value. |

muy buena ubicacion, en pleno centro historico si, que no me hayan indicado del costo de estacionamiento con antelacion al servicio. En realidad no me molesta pagarlo, creo que es hasta barato, pero deben indicar al cliente antes de utilizarlo. |

Friendly staff. Got suite without paying extra. WiFi was not free of charge; it was only in the lobby, and actually did not work - but I was charged anyway. There was no safe deposit box as announced. The bellhop made an inappropriate remark. The elevator often went up to the highest floor (with nobody waiting) before going down again. No info in room on spa or other facilities. |
