Avalon Reef Isla Mujeres  

We liked being in the separate studio room. This is our second visit, so we liked this type of room better than the room at the hotel itself. Great view of the ocean and waves crashing in right next to our balcony.

Nothing. It was all very nice.

Fabulous location, so easy to walk to the main strip but set away from the main bustle. Great staff- friendly and polite, excellent view from the room. Quiet air conditioning made it easy to sleep!

Quite confusing and slightly rude check in, but that was luckily not representative of the great service we received the rest of the time. Slightly dated rooms but clean, spacious and confortable.

The hotel is in an excellent location on playa norte. You do not have to leave the property to have an excellent beach to layout or even to do a small amount of snorkeling. They also have a dive snorkel shop on the property but we did not use them. You can easly walk to rent a golf cart ( easy rentals) right down the street or just walk to the main drag ( hidalgo) or to the local market to the loncharias ( alxis and giovanni the best). The room was clean and the view was great, it came with a microwave, fridge etc.. island boat adventures that we used to swim with the whale sharks actually droped us off at the pier of the hotel after our tour. We dont do the all inclusive but rather choose to dine around town so cannot comment on the food or service there. The staff do do a good job of keeping unwanted people off of the property adn behnd the villas is a big natural tide pol called the kings bath htat has all kinds of fish etc in it. Woth the money for the villa ocean front or bay front whatever you prefer, we would not chose to stay in the tower hotel.

The internet connnection goes in and out but the staff were very patient with us in trying to check us in for our flight adn get our boarding passes printed. Patience is a virture in Mexico nomatter where you go, they were really helpful though. Roll with the punches when you travel.

the location was great the beach was excellent with great snorkeling

The gym is neglected and the WiFi cost 15$ a day the AC was noisy and there was no balcony

The location was excellent. The reefs for snorkeling were fantastics and the beaches were clean and wonderful. The Kings Pool was an extra bonus. Staff was friendly.

The rooms were fair. The furniture drawers had a strong mold smell which made all the clothes smell bad. The food at the restaurants was terrible, just terrible.

Excelente ubicacion, lugar ideal para descansar con tranquilidad y aprovechar la enorme piscina natural a la entrada del hotel (entrando, a la izquierda del puente de madera).

Las instalaciones del dormitorio que nos dieron eran muy precarias, antigua y no coincidian con las fotos promocionadas en internet.

Il vento costante

Un hotel a 5 stelle non può far pagare alcuni servizi come il wireless e la navetta e non fare trovare le stanze pronte all'orario stabilito

Me encantó el lugar y las habitaciones. Además la playa y el mar es increible y la localización también.

Lo malo es que no tienen opcion de Todo Incluido

Las bellas playas que tiene el hotel.

La amabilidad de la gente de servicio, , las instalaciones excelentes, limpias y agradables, playas privadas, en especial la playa del rey, es un acuario natural, y muy en especial las puestas del sol, son de lo mejor

La atencion de un recepcionista, demasiado serio, es mas, diria que mal educado, ya que no contesta los saludos que le hacen los visitantes,

La localisation de l'hôtel est excellente. Un petit coin de paradis. Les parties communes sont aussi très bien.

Les chambres sont très spartiates. Franchement, il faudrait les améliorer.
