On Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue, an area known as Little Italy, this small hotel offers unique, but comfortable guestrooms, just steps from the beaches of the Caribbean Sea.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful So close to 5th yet no noise from the busy street Free wifi free breakfast!! Beach area a pleasant walk away once you know where you are going
If there was an elevator we missed it so had to ask for help lugging suitcases, however help was easily found!
I love the layout of the property. The hotel is situated around two courtyards, each with a pool and plenty of space to sit or lay around. The grounds were very well kept and the palm trees and flowers were beautiful! Very relaxing and very tropical! The adjoining juice/kava bar and yoga studio is a great chillout space. Good location. Although it's just 1/2 a block of off 5th avenue with all it's shops and restaurants, it's on a quiet side street so you don't hear a thing. They offer luggage storage and use of the shower and change room so it's great if you have a late flight, you can still spend the day at the beach and wash up before heading out.
The furnishings of the room are a bit dated, but this hotel is excellent value for money. I recommend it.
Loved staying here - perfect central location only a couple of minutes from the main street. Staff could not have been more helpful and the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant on site was also excellent with delicious breakfast included in the slay. Great value for money - would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I was in Playa de Carmen again. Also booked airport transfer through the hotel - nice to have somebody waiting for you after a long flight with a nice cold drink and a chilled towel!
Some (not all) of the bathrooms don't have doors or full height walls. word of warning The chichen itza trip organised through the hotel (but run by another company) wasn't great. The mini bus was was cramped and the journey went via Tulum so was very long. Better to take the ADO bus.
Very nice place to stay if you want to be close to la quinta, quiet during the night. The swimming pool is very small so If the purpose of your vacation is to stay 12hours a day at the hotel aventura mexicana is not the perfect place. Breakfast is correct for the price. Staff is very cool i will recommend this hotel
Nice pool, quiet location, good maid service
Limited breakfast, noisy daily maintenance work took place outside our room
great location, nice staff, big room, warm water in shower, the breakfast was nice but not too fancy (toast, cereal, eggs etc), air conditioning wirked well, wifi works very well in the rooms and restaurant
a little bit far from the hotel'ss beach, the hotel's beach is full of boats,
The hotel area is very nice and clean. The room was clean and lovely. The restaurant has a basic breakfast but it's enough for us, the food we ordered from the menu was deli shes! The staff was very nice and helpful, know English :) The pools are very fun and lovely. The hotel located in a very good area - not to close to the main noise and not to far. We really like the staying there!!!
There is no door between the toilet to the room but for us it was OK.
Excellent hotel right next to 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants and bars but no noise could be heard at night from my room (garden view). Very nice room, AC working perfectly, big and comfortable bed. Great atmosphere in general, I will definitely stay here another time!
The Área, the Pools, the breakfast, close to Beach, the Hotel is clean, the Staff its so Nice,I said If I comback to Cancún,, I Comback to the Great Hotel AVENTURA MEXICANA. Thanks.
Was all Excelent.
Close to the beach; but not on the beach. Close to eateries and shopping; but not in the row of huge, overbooked resorts. Very nice and comfortable; but not overpriced. We don't like huge crowds and this was perfect.
My only complaint was there was a time of day where the aircond. didn't seem to keep up. But….it was July.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Staff were excellent and always willing to help. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
Wifi was a little slow- hard to make a skype call. Nothing major
The hotel offers a lot of services. We particularly enjoyed the (small) pools being open 24h/day.
The Wifi is really slow. The breakfast could be a bit more varied
The hotel was super cute and nicely decorated.
the bed was a little hard even for me that I like firm beds
Quiet. Pool área clean . Location good. Staff helpful
Ñothing major just some ideas. 1.coffee maker in Room with no cups or other supplies, 2.Fridge and microwave but no table to eat at. 3.Chairs are covered but not fixed so there is no support when you sit. 4. Free community yoga classes held in the "business center" so paying guests can't check flights or print boarding passes , Why? These are all excellent ideas that have not been thought through.
The room was well air conditioned and the beds comfortable. The restaurant was very good and the staff were uniformly excellent in their friendliness and helpfulness. The towel animals the maid folded daily were adorable!
A couple days they had scrambled eggs with breakfast and a couple days they did not. The eggs were very welcome, as the continental breakfast was not enough for hungry teenagers and divers in our group.
Restaurant on site was excellent. Clean grounds and pool.
Hot tub wasn't hot.
Golf valué for money. Quiet lovelyhotel.
The service and staff was extremely good
Nothing I would return
new upgraded wifi in the rooms
Excellent location, amazing fluffy bed and pillows, gardens and grounds were beautiful, room quiet. A great place to stay and live how the have a family side and an adult side(since I have no kids) the restaurant is awesome. Everything is clean.
Included Breakfast was quite basic and same same everyday. It was fine, just lacking imagination.
yoga class, exotic decoration and location are wonderful. we stayed 1 night but, next time we will stay more..
because of architecture toilet is not seperated effectively. it has only a wall without a door in the room
Friendly Staff, great food, excellent location. VIP package is good value for money
Slightly limited menu for longer stays
Everything, specially decoration on common areas and staff.
This is more a suggestion than a complaint. I am aware that the breakfast is a courtesy from the hotel. Although, I think if they added some cheese and ham, it would be complete. But it is great, anyways :)
Excellent location, always felt safe even at 2:00 a.m., nice refreshing pool, good breakfast, excellent dinners at Hotel Adventura Mexicana called Bristol Mayan, good portions, ground very well manicured.
beds too hard, shower curtain too short, water on floor everytime you took a shower.
Pool area, location.
No gym as promised, no proper WiFi connection, breakfast was a joke (toast, egg and coffee), weird plastic sheets, room was dark and the tv remote was not properly functional.
