Instalaciones maravillosas, servicio casi perfecto, tuvimos un detalle a nuestra llegada y otro mas con un mesero del test Roma, por lo demás nuestra estancia fue increíble Tuvimos un detalle con el vigilante de la entrada, llegamos al hotel un poco mas temprano a la hora de nuestro checo in y molesto nos indico q no podíamos pasar por que tenía otras llegadas en ese momento????, también el servicio prepotente d el mesero q nos atendió en el rest Roma, quizás por ser turista nacional su atención fue en todo momento con mala cara, por la cual decidimos ya no regresar mas a ese lugar, mis felicitaciones para los chicos de room service y rest blue, siempre tuvieron una sonrisa y la disponibilidad para sobre pasar nuestras expectativas de servicio

Hotel luxueux et pas trop grand pour la région, située à 30 minutes de l'aéroport et en dehors de la zone touristique de Cancun, Avec une jolie plage protégée par une barre de corail. Qualité de la nourriture très bonne pour un All Inclusive. Personnel très attentionné. Dès notre arrivé, on nous a proposé un "upgrade" payant dans les nouvelles batiments avec des grandes et très luxueuses chambres, cela valait la peine pour 100$ de plus par nuit : on avait plus de place avec nos 2 enfants. Les extras proposés (massages, snokling, ...) sont hors de prix. Les activités sportives sont limitées au minimum : pas de planche à voile ni de catamaran disponibles.
