a. Location b. Budget friendly 1. Staff, not excesively kind just average. Some of the restaurants staff were very distracted and things we asked for were never delivered. 2. Ammenities. It is supposed to be fireplace at the beach at nights, but not all nights. When we asked the staff for it they did nothing to solve it. 3. Cleaning the swiming pool' One morning we saw some chicken bones at the swiming pool side as well as glasses left the day before by some guests 4. Bed room was cleaned but bathroom supplies not well organized Definitely the hotel operations towards guests need more supervision!

El hotel es muy bueno, esta inmejorablemente ubicado, las instalaciones son muy completas, la atencion y el personal muy capacitado y cordial, la habitacion muy confortable. El prcio es muy adecuado, el "all inclusive" es realmente tal. Lamento no haberme quedado mas tienpo
