We did t like the resort at all
Room was spacious and clean, great staff, food & drinks, pool, ocean view.
Paid for WIFI and service was really bad; so bad that Whatsapp sometimes did not work. On the positive side, this WIFI service actually encourages you disconnect from the Internet and enjoy the Sun.
Great food! the all inclusive was worth it! The staff was great! We would love to stay there again
No WiFi! We had a room which fronts to an heliport, i.e. we had continuous noise of helicopters along the day- make sure you get a room pointing to the inner side of the hotel. Sunlight in the morning got into the room..
Food was good. The stuff was very nice. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. I recommend beach bar coctails, they are wonderful.
The so called beach.. Actually, there's no beach as we imagine it: a small "cage" in the middle of ships traffic. If your primary reason is a beach vacation - this is not the hotel for you. I had to take a bus to the public beach "Playa Delfina" - that beach was stunnung!
We had all inclusive and it was amazing!! Loved the hotel and the pool, we will definitely be coming back for sure!!
Paid wifi... most places wifi is included these days!
Very clean and friendly staff. Rooms and amenities good. For a large buffet, the food is quiet good. The dinner at the a la card restaurant was delicious. Maybe the portions for some would be to small. Drinks at the bars are ok. Of course as it is all inclusive, don't expect the best tequila, ron or whisky. I don't stay usually i all inclusive resorts, but wanted to have a quick and quiet weekend with my wife. So i would recommend it for a weekend or max. 4 days.
The beach. We were in the low saeson, so it was ok and not full. But the beach that the hotels offers is very small and i don't want to see how crowed it will be when all 300+ rooms are occupied. At least is to say, that they keep it very clean And, as always mentioned in México...WLAN with additional cost
The service was great and felt at home. I had fun.
The food was cafateria grade and the front desk person made continual mistakes on my bill
The location was first class but the most outstanding was the friendliness of the staff . Waiters in the food halls were always there when you needed anything , nothing was too much for them .The drinks waitresses around the pool worked very hard but always with a smile even after hours in that heat , a special mention must go to Juana who looked after me all through my stay . Great hotel. !!!!!
The only thing i didnt like was the breakfast but thats just me, i prefer english but i know you have to cater for all nations so don't take this the wrong way i still got fed and was happy .
Everything was great
Staff were very friendly and professional.
This resort is located next to a boat thoroughfare. There were ferries, ski boats, fishing boats, Sea Doos, and tourist boats coming in and out all day so the beach was not peaceful.
I like the location, the crews of the restaurant was great, foods are great...
Front desk crew need to be more friendly and they need to learn to smiles seems they don't like to help you! Towels never change since we checked in until we checked out, I requested for 2 double bed for my 16 yrs old son and I but unfortunately they gave me a King size bedroom and they ended up putting a small bed beside the king bed, I went downstairs to the front desk and ask what happen to my request of 2 double bed, I called them 3 days before our arrival to confirmed my reservation and request and they confirmed it to me the room is ready for us when we arrive but unfortunately they gave me one bedroom instead, front desk didn't even gave me any word about what happen to my request they told me that they will transfer us to another room the next day but I didn't heard anything from them about the transfer until we departed the facility. Disappointed to this hotel and for sure I wont stay to this hotel nexttime I come to Cancun.
BEACH FRONT, about the only good thing about this resort.
There were no snacks, refreshments or bar food at the bars throught out the day. So you can only imagine by the time lunch and dinner came around, how long the line was already. Food was not great at all. Not much variety. they had no GAUCA OR PICO DE Gallo there. So don't go to mexico expecting to get some if you stay here. The only time you could eat was Breakfast, lunch or dinner. If it was nearing mid to end of the meal time, they won't refill or change out the food. I got yelled at because i wanted to drink my coffee at my pool chair. We made reservations for their Mexican theme resturant and was in there for 3 hours. YES, 3 hours, not because we had such a great time! That's how slow the service was and there were barely any people in the place. We never got our dessert order and was tired of waiting and we left. This resort is VERY far from the main shopping areas and local restuarants. Room is average. We never got our room cleaned during our 4 day stay there unless we asked. We were never instructed that we had to put our room key into a slot in the wall across the bathroom in order to turn on the lights to the room. we had to chase down a cleaning lady to show us. she looked at us as if we were stupid!! They invented light switches for a reason.
The location and restaurant is good.
The sand is not so comfortable.
The location. The Daiquiris and the world's best pool side waitress. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. She was very, very cheerful and kind.
Too busy, too noisy. There is never a quiet moment to reflect or enjoy reading by the beach or pool. Music is always blaring or some kind of entertainment of announcement interrupting the natural quiet that makes being by the sea enjoyable. The mattress was hard and old. The toiletries generic and harsh. The bathroom is so small! Nothing special in the room. Nothing to make a long trip all the way to Mexico worth looking forward to or repeating. Our room connected to the room next door and when the used their hair dryer or sneezed I always thought it was actually occurring in our room. Walls are too thin for any kind of rowdy intimacy. Noisy air conditioner. The lobby was always extremely crowded and noisy. The long weekend in Mexico during my stay, brought many local tourists too. It seems anyone in Mexico can afford this hotel. The hotel is a good place for younger people or families on a budget. I booked based on reviews and pictures but if you can afford a little more class or exclusivity, don't stay here. Not recommended for a SPECIAL stay.
