You feel very welcome at the owners actual home. Nice breakfast. Very helpful and kind people. Even speaks some English! Cancun as a city was not very exciting, but this place made it better!

Included breakfast was good. The rooftop terrace was very nice and has a good view. Hot water works. Onstreet parking was not a problem. The owners can speak English.

Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und versorgten uns mit einem so vorzüglichen Frühstück - beide Morgen - welches weit über die Leistung eines Frühstücks hinausgeht. Die familiäre Beziehung war wunderschön. Empfehlenswert!!!! für diejenigen, die sich im familären Bereich wohlfühlen. keine Beschwerden

Super friendly owner, good kitchen facility, good location such as 10 minutes away from ADO and local bus terminal and supermarket. They offer you local tips which is very helpful. They have a double room and a twin room. So if you are looking for SINGLE room, you might have other option in this area. I heard from local people who are saying that the cost was a bit expensive of this facility. This is family running B&B, so sometimes there is nobody but you . Although they has good security system and calm neigbour hood, I was a little bit afraid of security.
