Primeramente la ubicacion;la atencion y explicacion en cuanto al servicio esta muy bien.las habitaciones son amplias y agradables y confortables. Deben de reducir los precios de las habitaciones y tendrian mas huespedes.es importante hacerles notar que la entrada deberia ser en las mañanas;pues la mayoria que se hospeda es de fuera y generalmente llega en las mañanas.como mi ejemplo:llegue de tamaulipas al hotel a las 8 am y la indicacion era de entrar a las 15 hs.me cobraban un dinero extra por entrar antes.en ese lapso de las 8 am que llegue hasta las 15 hs que tengo que entrar que hago con maletas y cansadop del viaje ?.

No llegaría otra vez ahi me tuvieròn esperando mucho tiempo xq no encontraban la reservaciòn. El decorado de los cuartos es feo. Los bellboys muy amables.

La limpieza en el mismo y la cordialidad de todo su personal. >El comedor;A.- Sus buffets son limitados, les falta variedad, >suficiencia, calidad e imaginación. B.- Sus menus poco variados C.- no >obstante lo anterior, sus precios son altos.

Estuve en el hotel benidorm ahora en julio del 2011 y me gusto mucho, es un hotel que tiene todo, lo que uno busca como turista esta cerca del metro hay un centro comercial agradable no muy lejos. Y el precio esta muy bueno lo recomiendo a todos.habitaciones comodas,buena atencion tanto en el restorant como en recepcion,vi mucha seguridad, y sobre todo que no habia bulla en los corredores del hotel y podiamos descansar tranquilos,somos medicos yo y mi esposo, y viajamos muy seguido a congresos y buscamos siempre comodidad. R e c o m e n d a d o reserve por una noche y me quede 5 gracias
